What a cozy, clean, comfy house! The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything needed to make our stay welcoming. The location is perfect...2 block walk to Main Street. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We will stay here again if we are back in St. Charles!

Great communication made our stay easy & stress-free. House was as described, and included all the amenities of home - and the fluffiest, softest towels ever! We enjoyed the short walk to Main Street which looks like a scene from a Hallmark movie. Great place to stay for 3 or 4 people.

Very convenient location for the historical St. Charles area. Didn’t have to drive unless leaving that area. House looks just like pictures and descriptions of everything were accurate. It worked well for us and our dogs. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lion House. The house is very clean and comfortable and they have everything you might need. The kitchen is well furnished. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. The Katy Trail is close by. We would all stay here again.

This property was a great location for visiting the St Charles area. Very clean and comfortable home that was perfect for our group. We parked the car in the driveway on Thursday and did not get back in it until we left on Sunday. Thanks again for sharing your space with us.

Cute home, close to everything

The house was cute; I love all the Lindenwood University details. The beds were very comfy, and the fenced backyard was perfect for my pup. It’s within walking distance of Main Street and everything else we wanted to explore was just a short drive away.Communication with the host was excellent - very clear, responsive, and easy throughout our entire stay. We recommend this property and would stay here again on our next visit!"

Wedding visit

We came to town for our daughter’s wedding. The Lion House was wonderfully located. It was charming, cozy and spacious. It met all of our needs perfectly. If we are in town again we would definitely stay again.

Graduation Weekend

We stayed the weekend for our daughters graduation from Lindenwood. The place is really cute with a great location that's close to Main St. and the University. Enjoyed the backyard for the dogs and outdoor games with the family. Kim is a wonderful host who was always available to answer questions or offer help; definitely a pleasure to work with. Would love to stay here again when back in St Charles.

Nice house close to Main Street

We have stayed here a few times. It is a good choice in St. Charles. Main Street is a short walk away. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we were able to cook easily for a group. We’ll gladly book the house again.

Cozy Location for St Louis Spring Break

This house felt like home away from home. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. There are many nice touches throughout the house that show the owner takes great pride and joy in this house. The neighborhood was quiet, and we could easily walk to the historic Main Street. Kim was easy to communicate with and was receptive and accomodating.

Lovely home in great location

We stayed a couple of nights here for a girls trip, and it was the perfect size and location. It has two bathrooms, both with showers, and both bedrooms have tvs, which was nice. Very clean and nicely decorated, and the check in process was simple. It was an easy walk to the main strip, we didn’t use our cars at all. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing and checked all the boxes. It was in a quiet area but a short walk to Main Street. The host has thought of everything and had plenty of extras for use like; tape, scissors, chargers, and a cute wall which was used for birthday pictures. Beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available I would definately stay here again.

Rich and I have been happily married for nearly 30 years. We have two grown children: McKenzie, a nurse at Vanderbilt, and Cameron, who played lacrosse at Lindenwood University (also known as Lion House) and is now a sales leader at an AI company. Our family loves the great outdoors and cherishes the time we spend together.

We fell in love with St. Charles the moment we visited; it immediately felt like home. When we're not enjoying our time at the Lion House, we are often in Indianapolis. We find ourselves here frequently, and it brings us immense joy to share the Lion House with you!

Built in 1930, this home retains much of its original charm while offering many modern amenities. The Lion House can accommodate up to six guests across two bedrooms (a king bedroom upstairs and a queen bedroom on the main level) and an ultra-comfy sleeper sofa on the main level. With two baths, luxurious accommodations, and superb services, we ensure an unforgettable stay.

In the summer, the backyard is adorned with string lights and features a Wicker/Rattan 6-person seating group with cushions and a table. The garage is stocked with lawn games, including bags and a giant colorful Jenga, as well as a gas grill.
