Muskoka Lakefront Cottage on Riley Lake, located 35 minutes from Gravenhurst, Ontario. Three Bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. Large kitchen comes complete with Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Makers, and Popcorn Machine. Four-piece Bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo and Laundry Room has full sized Washer and Dryer. Large screen TV in the living room. Unlimited Wi Fi with excellent reception. Rental includes a propane BBQ, Private Deck, Dock, Paddle Boat, and Canoe. Motorized fishing boat is available for rental, locally. Non-smoking home, on a level lot with Western Exposure and ample parking. Great fishing (Bass, Pike, and Pickerel).

CHECK-OUT IS AT 11:00 AM
To book (or for further information) please message or call/text Rick at 416 938-8672. Phone calls and texts messages will often be answered before email/messages. I will respond to my email/messages, but it is only checked about once per day.

Propietario/a: Rick Fearnley
I worked as a 911 Operator and Police Dispatcher for The Toronto Police Service, and retired in May of 2023. I authored the book entitled, "Life's Lessons: A Successful Collection of Failures". My wife, Annette, and I have been married for thirty three wonderful years and we have three children together. We attend church and spend most of our free time entertaining guests at our cottage on Riley Lake.

The cottage is nestled among mature trees, on a sun drenched property that boasts sunshine from dawn until dusk. You will likely see wildlife along our 6 km private cottage road on your way in, and on peaceful walks during your stay. Boat to anywhere on the lake by canoe or paddle boat. Exploring Riley Lake's many bays and inlets, whether by powerboat or stand up paddle board, provides breathtaking views and an opportunity for adventure, around every corner.

Riley Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in Muskoka, so the water is excellent for swimming and boating, as well as being very safe for cooking and cleaning. The rental cottage is one of two cottages located on our private lakefront property. We are available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have, or address any issue that may arise. We are never more than a phone call away, and look forward to making your stay a safe and enjoyable one, full of memories for a lifetime.
