Lovely room right on the ocean. It had what we needed for easy meals. A fry pan would be nice. We had a minor issue with the keypad code. You cannot see the numbers until you press it so you need to press the first digit of the code without seeing it

Perfect Find

This place was perfect to relax for a couple days (or even longer if you have the chance). Right on the beach, very quiet even though it seemed like most of the rooms were booked, and had a perfect sunrise each morning right over the ocean. Wish we would have stayed a few days longer! Rockies is a new coffee shop right up the road and it was incredible, the owners were so nice and welcoming!

Melbourne Beach Retreat

We are very familiar with Melbourne Beach and found the accommodations good. It needs a little TLC with some updates (not a fan of carpet) and (bathroom cabinet were a bit low), but had everything that we needed. The view is amazing from the suite and we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing beach property

Loved the stay at this beach apartment! It couldn't be in a better location if a clean, beautiful and natural beach is what you want. Accommodation was just for me and a comfortable size for solo or a couple. I would definitely book again.

Relaxing Getaway!!

We enjoyed listening to the waves while relaxing in our comfortable yet spacious suite. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We liked being in a quiet, underdeveloped area. Our favorite place to eat was Sand on the Beach, an open air, laid back place right on the beach.

Mother/daughter trip

At first glance, this location is gorgeous. Decorated very tastefully. Obvi a little bit older, more vintage, but still decent. Look a little deeper and you see old, faded signs, broken pool/beach toys, rugs that are all mismatched, creaky furniture, loose handles, carpet stains, heavily used patio furniture. I mean, it really just needs a little extra TLC. All of those things are fixable. On the more positive side though, it was quiet, had everything we could have needed and very clean; which is saying a lot as I am a bit ocd, I absolutely despise dirty, unkept bathrooms/spaces! And it’s on a beach, you would think there would be sand everywhere. There wasn’t. It might be old, but it is CLEAN! All in all, it’s kind of the allure; Simple, broken in, does the job. I’ve stayed at a lot worse and a lot better. But the view? The sound of the ocean lulling you to sleep? The 10 easy steps to the beach? Perfect! My daughter had a blast and thought it was nice and that’s all that mattered! 9 outta 10.

Started Planning Next Trip to BlueView on the Plane Home!

The location is SO QUIET AND CLEAN! The ONLY thing we could hear was the ebb and flow of the ocean. There were a few units, but we didn't hear a voice or TV, no sounds from neighbors, just "hello" in the morning when we'd pass outside. We felt like we were the only people there. I took a bath in the body-size tub every night before bed and a shower in the morning to start the day, and I will attest to the good pressure and unlimited supply of warm water. The host, Christy, is a responsive Angel. Before our arrival, she accepted a flower delivery for me and contacted me about a jewelry bag I left behind. The staff were so sweet and helped within minutes (even though we didn't need anything but a change of towels and TP). Before sunset, we walked out our back door to the beach and were in awe at the soft sand and shell-covered beach. We returned to our room for dinner, making Cuban sandwiches in the well-stocked kitchenette, and later returned to the beach to lay on the sand in total darkness and count every star in the sky. I'm glad we didn't go earlier because we could see eggshells where turtles had recently hatched and made their way to the ocean. I would be afraid to walk on the beach for fear of stepping on a nest, but WOW, it was so life-affirming and would be a fantastic experience. The BlueView was comfortable, accommodating, and clean, and we felt safe and the car secure. We found our FL home away from home and are including the BlueView in our plan for next year.

The host was amazing!!! have dealt with many hosts at various VRBO‘s over the years. Christy was the absolute best! She responded quickly to every question we had. On site managers also very helpful. Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful private beach on the ocean. We made plans already to stay there next year. Enjoyed it so much. Thank you for a great vacation Christy!

Room was nice and the view of the beach was amazing. Only complaint would be the carpet in the room and hall way. Def needs a good cleaning or refresh. Other than that, no major complaints.
