Weekend Getaway

The property was very well maintained. The room was clean. Bed was comfy. We were just steps away from the deck overlooking the ocean. Our stay was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed it very much!

Very Nice Private Beach House

Loved this place, will stay here again. Definitely worth staying in the main beach house. Great location beautiful beach. Room was fully stock with everything you could need.

Perfect location

Lovely unit with everything you need on a beautiful beach. Outside areas were set up well with activities if you wanted, comfy chairs to just lounge or enjoy the beach. Definitely want to go back.

Away from the crowds quiet getaway location on the beach.

Very nice area to relax walk the beach , fish or just read a book. Wish I could stay for 3 months of winter.

Great stay

This was our first Vrbo stay. We were uncertain what to expect. The property was exactly as described. Our room was clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. On site staff were very responsive. Nothing but good things to say.

Direct ocean , accessible and quiet

We stayed right 50’ from the ocean, the beach is raw and isolated. My wife and I had an amazing getaway.

Right on the beach

Perfect spot for a relaxing beach weekend getaway. Direct access to a private section of the beach. Very nice and clean place! Exactly what we were looking for!

Went for a weekend getaway to escape the snow and had a blast! This was our 2nd time visiting and it was wonderful! We love the location and the views! Super clean and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend!!!

30th Anniversary first stop

This was the cutest quaint little getaway. Our first stop before heading Key West. It had everything you need and the beach is at your door step. Easy access, good parking, clean living quarters couldn’t ask for me. 5 stars in our book! Will recommend to all friends and family.

Quick getaway.

Three night getaway to enjoy some beach time. Unit was as described and perfect for our needs. We spent more time inside than planned due to a cold front. Great being so close to the beach, which despite the cold, we took many walks on. We will definitely be back.

Great time!

This location is fantastic and the property has everything you need to enjoy the beach. You can be on the sand or on a protected deck. It's beautiful and we look forward to going there again. The only snafu was that we didn't get check-in instructions which made it slightly concerning when we arrived. Otherwise, great visit.

Everything is good, the beach is beautiful, you can see the sunrise when you wake up for breakfast, it's beautiful. We lived on the ground floor, the only regret is that the water quality is not good, the water is more acidic and there is a peculiar smell in the room. We turned on the dryer all day, and the noise affected our sleep.

Studio apartment

Format, furnishings and supplies were fine. The towels in the bedding were worn out. I found the cleaning supplies used, I’m guessing Fabulosa, was overwhelming and smell. They used fabric softener on the towels rather than bleach, and therefore they weren’t very absorbent. It’s clear they try very hard and I’m sure they will continue to make improvements Vocation on the beach could not have been better.

The Perfect Vacation Location

Everything was exceptional with this property! I really appreciated all the little extras and thoughtful planning that the property managers/owners have put into the rental. The air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temp & the bed was ultra comfortable. We had no troubles feeling right at home. The ocean views were spectacular & we enjoyed having only to walk a few feet to the beach. Thank you so much for making this one of my all-time favorite vacation rentals/ experiences. We felt very spoiled with such a beautiful location! There was so much to do- from exploring the state park, to eating dinner at Capt J’s in Cocoa Beach, & watching the wildlife, or enjoying the sunrises.

Amazing Retreat

I was looking for a place to get away and destress. We live locally, but really wanted to escape our day-to-day and unwind. THIS WAS THE PERFECT PLACE! The property is directly on the beach with its own access. There is an outdoor shower and fish-cleaning station along the beach access. The deck with comfortable furniture was perfect for watching the sunset with my morning coffee. Everything you need for the beach and room was provided. There are even outdoor games! Upon entering the Single Fin we were greeted with a welcoming room that had many extra touches and was beautifully decorated as well. We cannot wait to escape to this paradise again!!! Will be coming back

We stayed in the Single Fin room which faces the ocean on the first floor. I am not exaggerating when I say we had the beach to ourselves. Most days the nearest neighbor was 10-15 houses down. This is a very quiet part of town, not touristy. You have your beach and your beach house. I wish we could have used the deck for our morning coffee, or outdoor area of the property with the games more but the sand fleas were just too much. The beach was totally fine though. Every morning you could see evidence of the sea turtles nesting from the night before. I was able to see one on the beach late one night. The beach sand and ocean water are extremely clean. We appreciated free use of the property washer and dryer. Overall impression….if you want a party, touristy spot with shopping go to Destin or Miami. If you want a relaxing vacation, an uninterrupted spot to read your favorite book on the beach, and a spot to recharge…Blue View is it.

Fantastic Place to Stay...Except for the No-See-Ums and Mosquitos

The property is updated, well-maintained, clean, quiet, and has everything you need. It is great for nature lovers and for those who want to enjoy the beach away from the crowds. Our room was nicely furnished, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I would recommend is for management to add some no-see-um/mosquito traps around the property and in the rooms. I wanted to sit on the deck next to the beach, read a book, and enjoy the waves crashing but the no-see-ums and mosquitos made it unbearable. Despite our best efforts to keep the no-see-ums and mosquitos from entering our room, they managed to get in whenever we would open the door. They ended up biting us while we were sleeping, which made staying in the room pretty unpleasant. They even got into our car. I had a great time and would love to return but only if some traps are added to the property and rooms to control the biting insects. It would be the absolute perfect place to stay if something was done about them.
