This 1br/1ba has everything you need to accommodate during your stay in Flagstaff. Blackout curtains in the bedroom and a 14” queen bed set the tone for your nightly rest, and a full kitchen to help you recharge. It is half of a duplex, situated away from the street, and the spacious yard and large trees provide a great place for outdoor relaxation. Grocery and coffee shops are within walking distance and it is a short drive to downtown, hospital, NAU, Lowell Observatory. Grand Canyon is 74 miles. This residence is half of a duplex, and the owner also lives on the property.

Weekend in flagstaff

Eric was a great host and made the check in process super simple. The place had everything we needed and was kept very clean. Highly recommend if you’re visiting flagstaff.

Low cost

The apartment itself was barebones specifically no TV Clean and functional Adjacent yard was basically a junk yard not hospitable Not much in the immediate neighborhood Most of the homes in the area were dilapidated

Clean, small, not level duplex

This little duplex is very clean, well stocked, the host is great and very helpful. It had a little fenced yard where our dogs could do their business. Cons - a few things I wish I had known before coming: The floors of the duplex are not level, it feels like the duplex is sinking in the middle. I got a little vertigo walking around the duplex. There is no air conditioner, but there are plenty of fans. Also, there is no dishwasher or TV. The bed is on the firm side. No real couch, only a futon. The neighborhood is on the sketchy side, I would not have been comfortable to walk the block by myself.

Absolutely A+ property and host!

I have stayed in my fair share of properties, and I can easily say that this is the best one by far. Bedroom/comfort - While this is certainly a "no frills" type of rental, you won't be left wanting for much. The main bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door. The main bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of spare linens for any warmth level you'd like. The living area has a futon that can be converted into a second bed if you wish. And with the sliding door, each "room" offers plenty of privacy. Bathroom - This bathroom is on par with any expensive hotel. Impeccably clean, nothing our of order, and a full supply of towels/wash cloths/toiletries are provided. The bathroom is small enough that only one person can really get ready at a time, but that's to be expected. Kitchen - The kitchen is FAR better than even what the host makes it out to be on the listing! A full sized fridge and stove ensure that you're able to have the essentials and make an actual meal while staying here. The host even provided a basic assortment of condiments in the fridge. The cabinets are stocked with all manner of pots, pans, utensils, and the like. Everything you'd expect from a lived-in kitchen. The host even provided basic snacks, coffee/tea, and of course mugs/plates/bowls. The microwave, toaster, and coffee maker were all very nice to have as well. Host - What can I say? Great guy, very accommodating, and excellent communication. Overall, 10/10 listing!

Great place to lay your head!

My husband and I were visiting our daughter. We needed a place to lay our heads in. This place was perfect. It’s small, but the bed was comfortable and there was a nice little area for our dog to do her business. Erik was a great host, when I mentioned there was no hairdryer. He went and got one right away. I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect tiny house

This duplex was perfect for my children and myself while we were in Flagstaff. The property was clean, the owner was easy to talk to, and it wasn't too far from tourist attractions like meteor crater and grand canyon south rim.
