At the tender age of 13, life brought an unexpected gift to a young dreamer like me. Moving to Huntington Beach, I quickly found a sense of belonging among the close-knit community of friends in a picturesque neighborhood. As the waves of the Pacific kissed the shores, I made a solemn promise to one day own a house in this beloved neighborhood, a place that I know as home.
Years rolled by, and I embarked on a journey filled with ambition and determination. Starting work at a young age, I juggled responsibilities while pursuing a college education. The journey took me across the vast landscapes of CA, each move bringing new experiences and opportunities. Along the way, I found love, got married, and welcomed two beautiful children into the world.
Life's twists and turns eventually led my family to Arizona, a place we initially thought would be our forever home. But fate had other plans. The call of CA, with its familiar beaches and cherished memories, was too strong to resist. So with two young children in tow, we returned to the Golden State, seeking the comfort and warmth of family.
My home, nestled in the heart of HB, became a sanctuary filled with love, light, and happiness. Over the next 20 years, it witnessed the laughter of children, the warmth of family gatherings, and the quiet moments of reflection. My home is more than just a house; it is a testament to dreams realized and promises kept.
Now, I open the doors of this cherished abode to others, inviting you to experience the magic of HB. Each guest who enters feels the palpable joy and the sense of belonging that has been nurtured over decades. This home radiates the happiness of those who have lived here and the welcoming spirit of those who visit.

There’s truly no other place I’d rather live. Choosing this neighborhood was about more than just buying a house—it was about fulfilling a lifelong dream and giving my children something truly special. I made a promise to myself as a child growing up in this very area that one day, I would return and call it home again. Every street here holds a memory, and every corner reminds me of where I came from and what I wanted for my future.
When the opportunity finally came to buy a home here, it was a dream come true—not just for me, but for my children as well (even if they didn’t know it yet). Huntington Beach—Surf City USA—is more than a beach town. It’s a safe, peaceful, and vibrant community where kids can grow up riding bikes to the ocean, neighbors know your name, and every day feels like a vacation.
Our home quickly became a sanctuary—a place filled with love, laughter, and light. It’s where we’ve hosted birthdays, BBQs, beach days, and bonfire nights. It’s where memories are made, and where we always feel grateful to call home.

In winter, you can hit the slopes at Big Bear, Snow Summit, or Mountain High—all within a couple hours—then return for a sunset walk or evening surf. Huntington Beach lives up to its name as Surf City USA, with waves for all levels and surf lessons readily available.
Prefer land activities? You'll find world-class beach volleyball courts, miles of scenic coastal bike paths, and plenty of tennis courts, basketball courts, and soccer fields across the city. Skate parks, hiking trails, and golf courses (including some with ocean views) are also close by.
For water lovers, there's kayaking and paddleboarding in Huntington Harbour or Newport Back Bay, fishing off the pier or via local charter, and seasonal whale watching from Dana Point or Newport Beach. Nearby hiking trails include Bolsa Chica Wetlands, Crystal Cove State Park, and the Santa Ana Mountains.
