Located 10 minutes from historic downtown Beaufort and Parris Island, 2 Abbey Row is a first floor flat in the charming neighborhood of Habersham. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat is one level and just a short walk to the Habersham Marketplace which offers 4 restaurants, 2 bars that host musical entertainment and an Italian ice shop. As part of the Village Flats, this condo features a private courtyard, private parking, and gated entry, and bike racks located in commons.

The Habersham Park has an exercise trail, 3 clay tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, bocce ball court, and a community garden. The neighborhood amenities include a community pool, boat ramp and picnic pavilion and dock. Also, there are several catch and release ponds in the community. The old plantation live oaks layered in Spanish moss make for a wonderful place to walk or exercise.

Habersham hosts several popular events such as Southern Living's Bottles and Barrels event in May, its own firework display on 4th of July, and the popular Harvest Festival in the fall.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Habersham is a wonderful area. The home was very clean and easy to checkin. Beds comfy, layout was great, plenty of seating. We didn't use the deck/patio this trip, but its a great little space. This is going in our favorites folder! Also, we have always had excellent communication with Tide Watch on all our rentals.

We couldn't get in when we arrived but called and someone remotely reset the door for access. This is a lovely condo and it feels spacious, with high ceilings, a big kitchen, two bathrooms and a private patio. I am a vacation home owner as well and I would recommend a new mattress in the main bedroom and some higher quality sheets. Habersham is a picturesque neighborhood with a bit of a drive to other areas in Beaufort. All in all, it was a great stay with just a suggestion to make it A.

Delightful stay in one of the best neighborhoods in the South

The unit was impeccable, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to sit in the living room to enjoy the evening, or also to sit on the spacious back patio, secluded from sun and rain. Unit is three block walk to great restaurants in the Habersham Marketplace; as a New Urbanism community, all of Habersham is highly walkable.

We stayed here with our son and his wife. Condo was very well maintained and appointed. Easy walk to quaint restaurant Tom Foolery for my niece’s wedding rehearsal. The bikes were a pleasant surprise.

Loved this place, will stay again

The condo is beautiful, clean, nicely stocked to include games. The fact that it is in Habersham is the icing on the cake. We wanted to check out the neighborhood for future retirement, and it didnt disappoint. Walking trails, nice pool, horseshoe pit, and gorgeous houses. We also saw a lot of white tail deer roaming the streets which was very cool. A quick ride from the Savannah airport with LOTS to do in the area. We went to Port Royal, Tybee Island, Hunting Island and Savannah in a few short days. The reason i gave 3 stars for the check in process was nobody gave us the code to get into the front door of the unit. Thankfully, after a trip to the grocery store (Harris Teeter..loved it too), we came back to find the door unlocked, thank God. I placed a call to Tide Watch the next morning and was so relieved to get a live person because it was the 4th of July. They gave me the code and we had no more issues. The reason for the 4 star review on accuracy of listing is because we were disppointed to find out there was *not* a fireworks display in Habersham. After speaking to residents we learned there used to be one, but they no longer do it. Minor hiccups in a 5 star stay. We will be repeat customers, the price is great, the condo is amazing.

We enjoyed this apt in Habersham which was a 5 min walk to my brother’s house. It was bright and open, and near shops and restaurants.

Very comfortable condo

The condo is clean, with comfy furniture and beds. Nice to have separate sinks in the primary bathroom. Kitchen is clen and everything seems brand new. Loved that we could use the community pool! Covered patio with fan was pleasant, even in the heat and humidity. You can hear the neighbors above and across the hallway (barking dog), but mostly quiet.

Habersham is a great vacation destination.

Lovely community. This unit was short on supplies. No hairdryer, one roll of toilet paper for the week, a tiny bar of soap at the sink and no soap for the shower. Kitchen supplies were minimal. Other units I’ve stayed at were fully stocked and this unit seemed limited.

Beautiful Home

Overall we give this wonderful home 5 stars, the home is beautiful and located in a very convenient location to the Habersham downtown area as well as a short 15 min drive to downtown Beaufort. The home was very clean, well appointed and was a great place to stay. Only complaints, the small complimentary shampoo bottle in the guest bathroom had been used and then refilled with water to appear full and would have like a tv in the master bedroom but that is just a personal thing. Other than those very small things this was a great place and one we would indeed rent again.

Family Visit

This was a short visit to Beaufort to meet with family. Habersham provided a great central location for arrivals from both North and South due to the Savannah airport proximity. The Harvest Festival provided bonus entertainment and shopping! We had a great time . Would recommend both the accommodations and the area.
