This well-equipped 1100 sq ft luxury condo on the second floor is the perfect spot for vacation, business trips, US Marine Corps graduations (congratulations!), or house-hunting.

Conveniently located in the architecturally acclaimed and award winning community of Habersham, the condo is a few minutes to historic downtown Beaufort and the Sea Islands. Enjoy the shops and restaurants in the Habersham Marketplace just a 2 minute walk away, or when you prefer, cook in the well-equipped kitchen. After dinner head out through the French doors and relax in the screened porch.

Includes access to Habersham pool, parks and tennis courts, plus a pass to Hunting Island Beach State Park for the duration of your stay.

15 minutes to Parris Island, 45 minutes to Savannah, 75 minutes to downtown Charleston.

Condo was very conveniently located in the neighborhood. 1 minute walk to multiple small restaurants and a beautiful neighborhood to walk for miles. Condo was clean and perfect size for a weekend away with friends. We will definitely stay here again, given the opportunity.

Wonderful little apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay for a few days away in this beautiful little community. Rental was exactly as described and the had everything one would need. The location was perfect, near all the shops and restaurants.

Southern getaway

Habersham was wonderful place to stay. The community was perfect, friendly people, and the condo was exactly what we needed. The location is close to many excursions: golfing, boating, hiking, the beach, pickle ball, kayaking. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning. The condo had everything we needed for a short getaway.

Perfect stay

We spent a lovely mother/daughters weekend at this great condo while visiting family in Habersham. The condo was spotless and in a very convenient location next to the Marketplace. It was well equipped with paper products, kitchen supplies, and even had a hairdryer. No hesitation in recommending it highly.

Annual Girls Trip

The property worked out perfectly for our group. We have been friends for over 50 years, and this was great to be able to walk to restaurants and entertainment. Second floor was a challenge. We really enjoyed sitting on the porches

Excellent Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing getaway with walking distance to food and shops and we found it at Habersham. The location was perfect and the apt. was lovely. It had everything we needed and we loved having 2 balconies to enjoy. Habersham is a lovely neighborhood with excellent restaurants and bars. There is a lovely sunset at the end of Habersham by the dock that you must see. We would highly recommend you stay here and we will definitely be back again.

Perfect!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this flat in Habersham. The location is perfect -- Just steps away from the restaurants. The property was clean, easy to access and set up wonderfully. I really appreciated the computer monitor/keyboard/mouse setup on the desk as I had to do some work while on my vacation. Thank you for making this property available. I would highly recommend it.

Creek Farms Flat

Let people know there is NO elevator. It's a pretty hard walk up. The Hallways seemed to always have Cockroaches. There was spraying but was a little creepy.

Nice, but guests should never have to buy toilet paper. We were there 8 nights and had to ration tp as we got to the end. There were only 2 of us. For as much as it cost to stay, that's not too much to ask

Highly recommend

Unless you’d dislike “the sight and sound of freedom” (the jets flying over from the Marine air base), you’ll love the location. It’s in between Savannah and Charleston, and is surrounded by small towns with huge historical significance. We had no idea so many important events took place in the town of Beaufort. Beautiful homes and streets with moss-draped oaks are part of this complex and make walks a delight. The sunsets from the salt-marsh dock are amazing. Whether you spend your entire stay enjoying the gorgeous pool, sitting on the screened deck, exploring neighboring islands, or staying secluded in the comfortable clean unit, you’ll leave hoping to return.

Condo was nice- location was nice but the shower had not been cleaned before our arrival there was even a used bar of soap on the floor

Basic

We rented 6 units/ homes in the Habersham community for a family wedding. We got to see them all. This one was the least furnished, the most worn for wear, in the loudest spot with many other rentals and nothing in it made you feel welcomed or wanted. The general consensus was that the renter was doing the basic and nothing more. There are much better spots to stay in Habersham.

Clean and good location with a lot of stairs and some needed updates

The property was very clean and check-in and out was seamless. The tv had all the streaming apps that you could login to with your subscription which was nice. It was nice to have a desk and monitor to use for work. It was ideally located in the neighborhood to amenities like the housing center and restaurants; although, all the restaurants close on Sunday and Monday except the pizza place, which wasn’t the best experience. I would suggest updating the description to state that there is no elevator and a lot of stairs to climb with luggage. The ice machine is noisy as are people walking around upstairs. The rule of not turning down the air below 72 made for a somewhat uncomfortable and humid stay during times and especially for those of us that are hot sleepers. There needs to be better pillows and more of them. Luckily, we had brought a few of our own. The furniture is also uncomfortable. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit during the day, so it was fine for what we needed.

Loved our stay!

This was a beautiful and spacious place to stay with my husband and our two kids. We loved hanging on the back screened-in porch as well as the front open-air porch. Nice high ceilings so it all felt very open and also lots of closet space. Kitchen was nice size and was well stocked as were towels and other supplies (even including beach umbrella, chairs for picnics, a drying rack). Not sure about other units, but the one we stayed in had all of this. For food and other stuff we needed, we went to Walmart about 5-10 minutes away. The community which it was in looked like a movie set, since it's a very large and award-winning planned community (although it doesn't look like a "planned community"). It had the most amazing homes and views (be sure to check out the dock) as well as a gorgeous outdoor pool down the road. The stores and restaurants in the little "downtown" of the community were lovely although not open every night. The property manager was available to us when we needed for some questions. Check-in was easy although the check-in time (4:00) and check-out time (10:00) seemed a bit later/earlier than other VRBOs we've been in. Take note that this unit is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators, which might be an issue for other families although it was fine for us. We were close (about 20 mins) to town of Beaufort, about 30-40 mins from a great national park, 60-90 mins from Savannah and about 90 minutes from Charleston. All provided for great day trips, including a day at the beach in the national park. Suggest that others plan their days out better than we did since we got late starts and missed many tour options. This trip was not super "kid-friendly" with crazy amusement parks and stuff nearby but it was really relaxing and charming and lovely. We had a great time, all helped by staying in this wonderful place.
