Parking: park 1 car in the garage, 2 cars on the driveway, up to 3 cars on the lower front yard. Do not park on the street.

House Rules - IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
*Absolutely no fires of any sort are allowed on the property or in the Tahoe basin.
*No pets allowed at any time
*10 guests max (including babies/children)
*4 cars MAX - No exception. No street parking per county ordinance - could result in towing
*Trash must be stored in the bear box. Don’t leave any trash outside, even in bags.
*Surveillance: safety cameras installed around the house
*Boats, trailers, etc. (depends on size) parking must be approved by the owner.
*We expect all guests to be respectful and responsible.
*Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County Vacation Home Rental Ordinance, and failing to do so may result in egregious penalties, fines ($1,000+!!!! from the County), and even eviction.
*Expect to provide a list of guests. If you rent for 30 days or longer the same people (listed on the guess list) can stay in the house. The violation will cause immediate eviction and termination of the rent contract without refund.
