Just steps away, the well-equipped kitchen is designed for everything from easy breakfasts before adventure days to full family dinners at home, featuring granite countertops, a copper sink, GE Monogram appliances, a gas range with built-in grill and griddle sections, an extra island sink, wine fridge, espresso machine, single-cup brewer, and flat-bottom drip coffee maker.

The home also offers excellent flexibility for families with pets, groups, and remote workers. A dedicated office provides a quiet place to take calls or catch up on work, while multiple bedrooms with TVs and ceiling fans give everyone a comfortable place to unwind. Outside, the fully fenced backyard adds another inviting space to enjoy Tahoe at home, with a kids’ play structure, outdoor dining, gas BBQ, dry sauna. The park features open fields, a playground, pickleball and tennis courts, disc golf, basketball courts, picnic areas, and a summer farmers market and concerts. Lake Baron offers a relaxed setting for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or enjoying a slower Tahoe morning by the water.

When you’re ready to explore more of the area, Heavenly Village, Stateline casinos, restaurants, shopping, and Lake Tahoe beaches are about 15 minutes away. Skiers and snowboarders will appreciate convenient access to Sierra-at-Tahoe, about 15 minutes away, and Kirkwood Mountain Resort, a little over 30 minutes away depending on conditions.

Property and Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you are planning for a larger group, we may be able to coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4, AWD, or chains on your vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions.

1-2 dogs allowed with pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s).
