The crisp and modern kitchen is well stocked and has professional appliances. Living and dining sliding glass doors open to an incredible covered porch with an outdoor fireplace and kitchen. The back porches have comfortable furniture to enjoy the ocean breezes and stars.

Downstairs off the pool is a large game room, bathroom with shower, and family den with wet bar with beer and wine fridge. Leading outside the large sliding doors you will find a charming covered porch awaiting you next to the large *heated pool with sun shelf with optional place for umbrella in the pool. There is also ample seating around the pool.

Steps from your front door enjoy the beach, and everything is near to biking, golfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, dining, and shopping! All of this, and the seaside are only a few steps down a sandy beach path! This home will fulfill your island dreams.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
