Villa Iguana (Villas del Corazon)

Welcome to Villa Iguana, a 4 bedroom luxury home located just steps from Sayulita's beach. Three levels of wrap-around decks offer unbeatable views, and the private pool and abundant space are perfect for family get-aways, weddings, or any event.

On the main level, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and is connected to a smaller bedroom with a full-size bed through the large master bathroom. There is another 1/2 bathroom out by the kitchen/living/dining area. Upstairs there are two private bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One has a king-size bed, and one has a queen-size bed. There are 2 extra full bathrooms up on the 3rd level observation deck, and another 1/2 bath out by the swimming pool. There are 3 separate apartments below on the ground level. These are available to rent separately, or along with Villa Iguana for large groups, weddings, retreats, etc. When the entire villa is rented, there is comfortable sleeping for up to 18 people, and we can add some inflatable beds or cots for extra people.

Beautiful private swimming pool on the very spacious main level terrace. Two more levels of open terrace space above. Great views and ocean breezes. People in the apartments below have no access to any of this, unless they are part of your group.

Just a quick one minute walk down the block to the beach. 3 minutes to downtown.
