Fernandina Beach is a community of "easy living," and is located on Amelia Island. The town is known for great golf. The beaches are expansive and there are many outdoor activities to take part in nearby. You'll be near several state parks and ecological preserves where wildlife can be observed. Peter's point state park is adjacent to the property, know as a fun sandy beach for fishing and vehicles. Enjoy many shopping and dining options.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home, with exception to the storage space on the first floor. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The townhouse accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, an attached bath with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony with ocean views. A second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the top floor provides another queen bed alongside two singles, also with sweeping views of the water. Each room is prepared with soft linens, memory foam mattresses, room-darkening shades, and ample storage.

There are two full bathrooms, both located on the middle level. One is en suite to the king bedroom with a walk-in shower, while the second includes a combination tub and shower. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryers, and cleaning products are provided.

Gather in the airy living room, where sliding glass doors open to a covered patio. A sofa and widescreen TV create a space for cozy evenings, while an upright piano adds a unique touch. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available when you need to stay connected.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking basics, and appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, freezer, and hot water kettle. A dining table seats six for shared meals, and a washer and dryer are tucked nearby for added convenience.
Outdoor living
A covered patio with seating leads directly to the walkway where soft sand awaits. The balcony off the master suite is perfect for sunrise views, while the community pool offers a refreshing option year-round. Beach essentials are provided to make your seaside days simple. Free parking is available for two cars in the private driveway, and self check-in is handled with a keypad for easy arrival.
Comfort & safety
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans ensure comfort in every season. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
Neighborhood
The townhouse is located on Amelia Island in Fernandina Beach, next to Peter’s Point State Park. Known for sandy beaches, fishing, and wildlife, the area also places you within a short drive of several golf courses. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is about ten minutes away with shops and dining, and Jacksonville International Airport is roughly forty minutes by car.
This beachside retreat combines direct access to the shoreline with thoughtful amenities, providing space for both relaxation and connection during your stay on Amelia Island.
There are several ways to get around on the island - walking, golf carts, Segways, etc. A car is recommended depending on your plans.
***PLEASE NOTE*** May 1st to October 31st marks Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Please follow Nassau County's guidelines in the property guidebook to protect these cherished creatures. Thank you for your cooperation!
Please be advised parking is limited to 2 full-size vehicles or three compact cars in the driveway only. Towing laws will be strictly enforced. There is no parking allowed on the grass or in other areas of the neighborhood. Recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers, trucks above 1/2 ton, commercial vehicles of any size, and buses should not be parked at this property.
Please take out all trash at the end of your stay. All household trash must be secured in sturdy plastic bags and placed inside the dumpster located at the south end of the property. All other items must be disposed of at the owner's expense. Please do not litter.
Due to strict HOA policies and rules, no pets or grilling are allowed.
• Bringing a pet will result in a minimum fine of $500. However, ADA service dogs are allowed. Please notify us first as we will need to inform the Homeowners Association.
• Gas Grills, Charcoal Grills, Electric Grills, Hibachis, or similar electrical devices are prohibited, and use of these may result in a fine. Grilling devices can only be used by named owners of the property under the Community Home Association guidelines.
