Saltwater Manor offers a stunning BAY FRONT escape, just minutes over the bridge from the heart of Avalon, New Jersey.

This home, fully updated in 2022, with various additional updates each year, accommodates 12 guests, and features three floors of living with numerous glass doors that open to FOUR generous decks, all of which afford sweeping water and wetland views. Look over Townsends Inlet from the front, and play in the bay right in your backyard. You and your family can enjoy hours of sunning, swimming, or whiling away a summer afternoon on your private floating dock. And yes, there's a boat slip!



"Saltwater Manor" boasts an enormous kitchen on the main level, along with two large, open concept living areas for watching TV or gathering with family and friends. Dine indoors in the large dining room, brand-new kitchen table, or outside on the bay front deck, complete with a grill! The home also features four large bedrooms, along with an enormous sleeping/game room loft on the third floor, which together accommodate 12 guests in beds. The primary bedroom has a brand new KING bed, newly renovated en suite bathroom with clawfoot tub, and access to both the front deck, and the bay side deck. You’ll also find a full hall bathroom with shower/tub and double vanity, laundry room, and two more half-baths on the first and third floors.

This home, just a four minute drive to the center of Avalon, is the perfect spot to enjoy everything Seven Mile has to offer - while also affording guests the ability to escape the Summer crowds.

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included, as are beach tags and beach gear!

 

Once you book, we'll help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to yoga in your yard, or a private chef to cater a special meal!

Guest Access:

Enjoy the whole home in this quiet residential neighborhood. The driveway accommodates at least 4 vehicles, plus free street parking.



The Neighborhood:

Avalon Manor is literally minutes from the heart of Avalon...the neighborhood is the perfect blend of lively and relaxing: you'll be back year after year.



Getting Around:

While many guests enjoy many hours on the bay right in this home's backyard, you'll be a straight 4-minute drive to the heart of Avalon. There you'll find a large public lot, and plenty of street parking, with beach access on every street.



Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.

No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.



This home is not pet-friendly; however, the owner has a dog that may be present from time to time. Rest assured, the home is professionally cleaned before every guest arrival.
