Upstairs: Cabin Charm Alert! The second floor is accessed via steep, historic cabin stairs. Upstairs features two cozy, open-concept 'dorm-style' sleeping areas (no separating doors)—perfect for families and kids!

● This dog-friendly escape is ready for the whole family! Two dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed
● Parking: Massive private driveway with parking available for up to 10 vehicles.
● Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
● You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
● Cooling: We embrace the Maine breeze! We do not have central AC, but we provide window AC units and fans to keep you comfortable during summer heatwaves.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
