Bear Waves is a 2,445 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom cabin. It is most comfortable for sleeping 6-12 people and is conveniently located to all the attractions, restaurants, stores Dollywood & The Great Smoky National Park.
Parking is on-site with only a few stairs up to the front porch. Upon entering, you will be greeted with a vaulted ceiling, open-concept floor plan that makes an exceptional gathering space. There are 2 King Suites on the main level and 1 King Suite and 1 Queen Bunk Suite on the second level. Between the upstairs suites is the game loft complete with a pool table, arcade games & tv. The indoor heated pool room is next to the living room. Watch the sunset on the wraparound porch from the rocking chairs or the hot tub.

You will be provided with a personalized door code for self-check-in and other instructions the morning before check-in. Guests have access to the entire cabin as well as the gated resort amenities.
The roads to the cabin are paved and only moderately hilly. 4WD is NOT necessary to get to the cabin. Easily accessible w/ any vehicle. Our parking pad can accommodate up to four or five vehicles depending on the size of the vehicles.

We are available via the app until 9 pm for anything you might need. We have a team of people in Tennessee who can help out.

Bear Waves is nestled in a beautiful mountain resort called Bear Creek Crossing. This gated resort offers amenities such as an indoor pool, outdoor seasonal pool, and miniature golf. Conveniently located, Bear Creek Crossing is only 3 miles from the Parkway and all its restaurants and attractions. It is 15 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are dinner shows, museums, an aquarium, go-carts, a snow park, indoor sky diving, zip lining, horseback riding, white water rafting, pottery lessons, and too many restaurants to list! The cabin is in a resort with very nicely paved and spacious roads. Roads are easily traversed in most any weather by any vehicle. The cabin itself has space for at least 4 vehicles to park. Possibly 5 if they are not very large.

☆POOL NOTES☆
1. Safety: It's recommended if you have small children to use the door lock on the pool door and the pool alarm in the corner of the pool. To use the pool alarm there is an on/off switch on the back as well as a swim and reset button. The pool and hot tub are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK and all children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Absolutely NO diving.
2. Maintenance: The pool is serviced regularly twice a week, typically around 10-11 a.m. Tuesdays & Fridays for about 10-15 minutes, even when guests are present. The pool company will knock and announce themselves before entering to treat the pool. They have their own door code. Occasionally, the pool specialist may have to treat the pool, in which case the pool would be inaccessible for 2 hours. This is to maintain proper functioning of the pool and safety for our guests.
3. The pool water and pool room must remain at specific, controlled temperatures in order to function properly. At certain times of the year and for different people, the room or pool may feel too hot or cold. Though we like to accommodate our guests in any way we can, the pool temperature can only fluctuate 2-3 degrees and is controlled by the hosts.
4. Please keep all doors to the pool room closed.
5. DO NOT PUT SOAP IN THE POOL OR HOT TUB!!!!


☆We love families and encourage them to stay, but please note that the cabin is not baby- or toddler-proofed.

☆Availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed. They break or need repairs, though rarely. No refunds will be provided.

☆We supply you with the following Basic Starter Kit: rolls of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. If you plan to stay longer than 2-3 days you will most likely need to provide your own once the starter kit runs out.

☆Hot tub is emptied and cleaned after each guest's stay. Please note that hot tubs take a while to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. Do not put anything in the hot tub and keep the cover on it when not in use.

☆IMPORTANT INFO☆
1. Leave your worries (and your shoes) at the door.
2. No smoking inside the house.
3. All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.
4. Please keep the doors closed to prevent any critters from entering the cabin.
5. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/pandemics/illnesses will be given.
6. Bears and bobcats are rare but have been seen close to the property. Do not leave food or coolers (even if empty) on the front porch, leave front door closed, and do not feed the wildlife. All trash needs to be kept in the bear-safe trash bins. Remember we are in the wooded mountains! Wildlife and bug sightings are likely from time to time.
7. Beware: Cell Service can be spotty on windy roads. Arm yourself with directions/screenshots/good old maps.
8. Our toilet runs on septic. Only TP, please!
9. We do have one surveillance camera mounted at the front door on the porch for your safety and the safety of our cabin.
10. Due to the nature of mankind, we cannot promise that everything we stock the cabin with will still be there during your stay. Unfortunately, some items walk off without us knowing about it. We try to keep it stocked to the best of our ability. We appreciate your understanding.
