Relax and enjoy time at this newly remodeled beachside condo located in the Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club (Plantation Resort). It's just a few steps to Gulf Shores' white sand beach and offers a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The resort grounds has a security gate so everything is private access only. You'll be a short drive to all that the attractions the area has to offer.

THE SPACE
Common Area: The kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Take in the ocean views from the living room and balcony as you gather with family or friends. As an open concept, even the dining area has views to the ocean. The modern beach inspired decor invites you to escape into nature beauty. There is a sleeper sofa for a Queen size pull out bed.
Down the hall is a bathroom, that also serves the second bedroom.

Primary Bedroom: Peaceful slumber awaits on the King size bed. The Primary has direct balcony access, flat screen TV, large closet and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a wall hung hair dryer.

Second Bedroom: There is a super comfortable Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and a desk.

SECURITY: The resort entry is controlled by at the security gate, which makes everything private access.

RESORT AMENITIES: include, but not limited to 6 Outdoor Pools (1 salt water), a Heated Indoor Saltwater Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Putting Green, Tennis Courts and Fitness Room. The laundry facility is located on the first floor and it has everything you may need to run a load.

The Sassy Bass Island Grill is conveniently located on the ground level and has covered outdoor seating facing the ocean. They even have a great breakfast menu as well has a beach shop, in case you need sunscreen or sun glasses.

The Resort is located near serval Golf Courses, including neighboring nationally ranked Kiva Dunes.

On site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. A $35 parking pass (per vehicle) will need to be purchased online.
