Providence Hill House is located less than 3 minutes from beautiful Douglas Lake and approximately 10-15 minutes from major popular attractions. The location could not be better. Enjoy the country setting with privacy without the long drives to stores and entertainment. Also, there is plenty of parking for 6+ vehicles.
In the house you’ll find, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a full kitchen, laundry, dining room, and a living room. One of the bed rooms is designed for kids in mind with a full/twin bunk and games for entertainment. There is a deck with a hot tub for 4, charcoal grill, and plenty of area for seating. We provide all the amenities you can think of, but don’t be afraid to ask for specifics.
This space was just recently remodeled and most appliances/amenities are brand new.
Bring the pets and enjoy your Smoky Mountain vacation at Providence Hill House at Douglas Lake.

Beautiful home, well stocked, very clean. However with the price paid I do feel like there is some improvements/maintenence thats needs to be done. We arrived in the dark and several of my family almost fell due to the lack of lighting. The driveway is nicely paved however the drop off is very high and dangerous when moving towards the house. I also feel like all the fees are a bit much and put us way over budget after all was said and done.

Not worth the price

Would never book this place again. Far too expensive for these conditions. Upon arrival at 450pm the owner was still there “cleaning up”. Dirty hot tub on back deck with sludgy rust in the water, couldn’t use it, overall house wasn’t very clean. Water was a well which is fine but water was foamy and lots of air in the lines. Master bath has a faulty faucet on sink n shoots water onto the floor, I didn’t know the floor was wet and I slipped and fell really hard and broke my toe. Then the owner shows up one day to cut the grass and my husband mentions the issue with the faucet and that I injured my foot and he ( the owner) blew it off n said oh sorry yeah I didn’t know I’ll have to look at that sink. Family swim spa had broken knobs etc and one of the water swim features was broken and had a rusty chlorine holder floating in the spa. Also, very inconvenient that there is no gas grill, only. Very small charcoal grill 20 feet from the back deck. The swings near the fire pit were so old and falling apart with nails sticking out. Very steep driveway with nowhere to turn around. Extremely small kitchen. Definitely would never book this property again.

Beautiful, serene, family friendly.

Usually, we are a beach family so this was a new experience for us. Beautiful stay overall, and the location was perfect for us - private enough to relax, yet a reasonable drive to the things we wanted to visit every day. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the room with the pullout sofa was what was considered to be the 5th bedroom and was not an additional room, but other than that we were very pleased with everything overall.

Whole family getaway!

We were so lucky to book this spot for our first full family (Grandparents, parents, children) vacation in probably twenty years. This property had something for everyone, & enough space for us all to be comfortable. The 4 full bedrooms w/ adjoining bathrooms housed each adult couple. The living room had the most comfortable pull out couch bed w/ option to close the doors effectively making it a fifth bedroom, my 13 yo nephew loved it! The spa pool & hot tub got plenty of use from everyone, either to relax in after a day of hiking or for the kids to play in. W/ the outdoor playground & fire pit we spent plenty of our down time at the house just relaxing & enjoying the space. The location is a mere ten minutes from downtown Sevierville which has plenty to do at night or day. Whatever suits you, is available. And if not, Pigeon Forge is 20-30 & Gatlinburg 40-50 (depending on when you go/traffic) & you should be able to find something at either of those! My family is big into outdoor adventure/hiking so we were heading to the NP very early (430-530am) most mornings & we were able to get all the way there quite easily at that hour. The home was gorgeously decorated & very well stocked w/ everything you could need. All kitchen appliances & room accommodations were there! There were even BW/S/C dispensers in the showers, soap & lotions on the counters. We had our dogs w/ us, & bowls were already available. I could go on for days but overall absolutely phenomenal spot! ♥️

Really liked walking onto front porch to a beautiful view and being able to see chickens and cows the place was lovely stocked with everything we needed would love to stay again in the future

Best Sevierville Stay Yet

Iryna’s place is the perfect house to stay in for families with, especially with kids. There was never a dull moment from the board games to the hot tub and pool, smart TVs, toys, the yard! Outside of having everything you could need, it was decorated beautifully, comfortable, and very clean. This has been our best vacation rental stay so far. Would absolutely stay here again.

2023 Guilford Getaway

The house and property was absolutely beautiful and conveniently located to all the major attractions in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. House was fully stocked with everything we needed and the Swim Spa was amazing! The property manager was quick to answer emails and quick to help with anything we needed. The property was also well priced for all that it offered. Will be coming again!

Happy 50th Birthday!!

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful home. There was something for everyone to enjoy. It rained on Saturday and we spent all afternoon enjoying the hot tubs, playing cards and the kids love the playroom. We are planning to reserve this home for our vacation next year!! Beautiful property

This home is beautiful. The property owners were quick to respond to any questions or problems. The driveway was steep and we had a hard time getting our minivans up when it rained. The home is listed as a 5 bedroom but the 5th bedroom is the TV room with a pull out couch. Other than that we really enjoyed the home and the beautiful property. It was very clean, well maintained and the property owners provided great amenities.

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as advertised and suited all our needs. The kids enjoyed the endless pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. There were plenty of games, including video for the kids/adults.

Over the top great

This home is on a lovely, peaceful property off the beaten path but only a short , easy drive to attractions. It was nice to be out of the hustle of people. We had 8 adults and 2 children and had enough space for all of us. The outside area is great for relaxing. The playset was well maitained. The hosts thought of so many little extras such as charcoal, beach towels, toys, equipment for our furry friends, and even a welcome gift. They were easy to reach and quick to respond when we had questions. I highly recommend this property.

Thoughtful amenities, gorgeous home!

Beautiful home with tasteful touches throughout and all the big and small amenities we could ever think of! Clean, comfortable bedding. Hot tub was wonderful! Only complaint is that the oven door doesn't shut all the way so it literally took us 3 hours to bake something that should have taken only 1 hour; I suggest getting that repaired. Absolutely lovely though and convenient short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and Dollywood.

Lovely home near the mountains

The property was lovely, clean and well-stocked. Lots of unexpected amenities, such as Karoake machine, vintage arcade games, board games, TV channels, spices, snacks. Friendly property manager, easy to contact. Only concern is long 45 ° sloped driveway . Best to have all-wheel drive vehicles. Highly recommended.

It’s a beautiful home.

The home was decorated beautifully. The two master bedrooms upstairs were huge and spacious. The second living room downstairs has doors that close and the couch can pull out to a king size bed. We were very comfortable here. The hill the house sits on is extremely steep. We had no problem getting up the hill but if there was ice or snow I would assume you would need a 4 wheel drive. The scenery on top the hill was a dream. The location of the house was very close to everything we wanted to do. Some of the kitchen utensils/pots and pans could use an upgrade, but I assume most people aren’t there to cook. We tried making 2 meals a day to save money. In all I would most definitely recommend this property. We had a great time and we felt at home here.

Best Christmas

This cabin is amazing. It was more than I expected. My 17 year old Grandson loved the video games, and spent a great deal of time in the hot tub. My daughter and her husband enjoyed the hot tub, and just chilling in front of the fireplace. The beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. I enjoyed just chilling out. We went to Gatlinburg to the Aquarium, walked the strip, went to Cades Cove, Smoky Mountain Knife Works. All in all a great family Christmas. We will rent again.

Better than expected

This was the BEST rental we have ever had in Tennessee. We have been going to Pigeon Forge for the last 15 years. Cabin was more beautiful than expected. Fully stocked with cleaning supplies. The host went out of their way to make us feel at home. They even offered to bring us a pack in play and highchair for the baby. We look forward to definitely renting from them again next year.

Great place with great view and very convenient.

Awesome views nice drive into the area. We were staying for work in Knoxville and the drive out was awesome just to unwind. The place was just great to relax a t tye end of the day. I can't thank them enough.

Family getaway

House was clean , well maintained , nicely furnished . Had lots of space for us to spread out . Nice big yard , front porch and back patio . Host was quick to respond . Lots of little extras provided such as coffee bar , plenty of towels ….. Only think thst place needed for us was umbrella on back patio it’s in the full sun and trash can in the garage for garbage other than that perfect stay . Would rent again ! Thank you for a wonderful stay !
