The house was very roomy. The kitchen was large and perfect for our large group. The lake view was beautiful. The outdoor patio was so comfortable and inviting. This house met all of our expectations. We would stay here again.

Family Reunion

This house was the perfect place for us. We're all over 70 and this 1 level home was definitely accommodating. It was clean and very comfortable. The walk to the pier was great!! Most places have a long steep walk to the pier but this was just a short walk and not steep at all. My husband loves to fish and he spent a lot of time on the pier. The family reunion was in Houston AL and this wasn't very far from it. We're already looking forward to staying here again.

The house was very clean and easily accessible by water. Very comfortable stay and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The host was very helpful and great to work with!

Very nice house and great location on the lake. We stayed four nights with a family of eight. There was plenty of room for everyone. We spent most of our time in the sunroom which has a great view of the lake and sunset. Level lot.

Long weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a nice quiet location without a lot of water traffic. There were no tv’s in the bedrooms, which was not expected. The house is very spacious and the property is very spread out.

Great vacation

Convenient to marina. Good dock for boats, jet skis and swimming. Gentle slope to water. Great sunroom Large drive for boat trailer. Owner always available Kitchen is older but very functional. Our 2nd summer staying here and will return.

Perfect for our family

This property met all of our expectations. After 5 annual trips to Smith Lake, we finally found the place that truly works for 8 adults. Plenty of space and parking. The house layout is great and the location on the water can’t be beat. Already planning our trip for next year!

Great place!

This is a great place to stay, especially with a larger group. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The host was very helpful and quickly responsive. It’s in a great location on the lake and only 10-15 minutes from grocery store. The house was clean and had very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan on cooking all of your meals while staying. Overall a great place to stay and definitely recommend if planning a trip to the lake.

Beautiful Spot!

This is a great place to stay on the lake. It has an excellent view and great access to Duncan Bridge Marina. The house was nice and well appointed. The host was very communicative and accommodating. The Gazebo is awesome for coffee and wine! I would definitely stay again!

Summer Family Getaway

We enjoyed our time staying on Smith Lake. The location was fantastic and the views were amazing. The home, specifically the appliances, kitchen pots & pans, and hallway bathroom were outdated but the home was super spacious for 3 couples and 2 small kids.
