We had a great time at The Perch. The little cove was perfect for the kids to swim in. The house was clean, simple for what we needed and located in a great part of the lake. This was our first time here and The Perch was a great start to our Smith Lake experience.

Clean Property with boat slip

The inside of the house was as pictured in the photos. The house was clean. Nice towels and bedding. King bed was comfortable. We were a group of 7, and could have used more seating in the living room though. A great feature of the house was the boat slip. Had we known how narrow the roads to get there were, we would have dropped the boat off before going to the house, so that's worth noting. Overall a good stay though!

July 4th getaway

We had a party of 6 adults and had plenty of room at this lake house. It’s in a very quite neighborhood. The boat dock was very nice and we were able to dock our jet ski there. Dustin was very accommodating and answered all our questions.

Lake weekend

We had a wonderful weekend with friends, no complaints about the inside of the house but the amount of stairs down to the dock is not mentioned anywhere and it is ALOT. Also the slew is a little difficult to maneuver a boat in and out of because of the other docks. However, the house itself was wonderful. It was clean and well stocked!

Perfect trip down memory lane

My mother was the original builder of this beautiful property. This was my home when I was a teenager. So awesome to get to take my children there to see where I grew up. It only changed for the better! Beautifully decorated, very nice linens, fully stocked kitchen! Perfect for a family get away. The owner was very easy to reach when I had questions, and provided me with some sites to rent a boat. I was pleasantly surprised at how many dishes, cookware, gas grill with utensils, anything I had at home. It was an amazing stay. Beautiful view from inside and outside the home. Very accommodating for my family. Would definitely recommend for a getaway. Just wished I could've stayed longer.

Slice of heaven

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. It was extremely clean and comfortable for a family of 5. Homeowners were easy to communicate with and excited to have us there. House is well equipped and has a well put together binder with great information about the lake. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!
