Beautiful Telluride ski-in/ski out condo for your perfect long weekend (or week-long) getaway! Sparkling one bedroom + den unit includes a well-stocked kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. Freshly furnished and elegantly outfitted!

In-town location is minutes to everything Telluride has to offer! If you need lift tickets, the sales counter is in the building, and the lift is just a few steps out the door.

Ski all morning, warm up with soup, then slide right back out on the slopes!

The place was very clean and had some thoughtful touches. The kitchen while small was fine for stove-top meals, breakfast, lunch and snacks. Perfect for 2 people and dog. Walking distance to everything. We had extra space and the child's room was cute but we did not use it except to store bags. We would stay here again.

Perfect accommodations for a visit to Telluride Blues and Brews Festival! Mindy was terrific, providing all details needed for an easy check in, parking pass, etc. very clean with everything you needed to be comfy. A few steps from a free public shuttle to other parts of town. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The condo is perfectly located right on the river trail and a short walk to the heart of town, making it easy to enjoy everything Telluride has to offer. It’s cozy, sweet, and very comfortable, just right for my husband, me, and our dog. Mindy, the owner, is incredibly thoughtful and communicative, which made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. This was our second summer staying here, and if we return to Telluride, it will absolutely be our first choice again. You can’t go wrong with this gem!

Wonderful condo in a fantastic location

The condo was clean and well appointed with anything you may need. Mindy was very responsive to all communication. This is a fantastic place to stay in Telluride, everything is within walking distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again the next time I’m in town.

Great location!

This condo had everything we needed for a weekend in Telluride. Great location and walkable to town and dinner. This condo has an efficient layout and everything you need to for simple meals if you decide to cook. This corner unit has lots of windows. We would stay here again.

Great location

We really enjoyed this cozy condo. Perfect location within walking distance of town and a lift. My husband and I and our college age son stayed comfortably for 6 days. Had a great time. Very clean and sunny. Highly recommend.

Telluride gem

This condo was perfect for me and my daughter. It is tastefully decorated, immaculate and quiet. We walked everywhere, even to the grocery store. The host's recommendations regarding bars and restaurants were appreciated. Great stay!

Perfect! Excellent property!

This property was perfect for our little family holiday get away. Super well appointed, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Extra bonus, it is just steps away from the town shuttle stop that goes all over town. We did not need to drive the whole stay. We will rebook here for future visits.

Great place. Owner went above and beyond.

The condo was great. Our only complaint was that the owner asked that we not use the washer and dryer. On the plus side she responded to us immediately and helped us navigate to the unit.

Convenient, clean, dog friendly, cozy.

We had a wonderful stay and the condo met all of our requirements. We loved having access to the River Trail and a view of the ski slope. Mindy, the property owner was amazing. Always very responsive, helpful, and accommodating.

Wonderful Summer Stay

My college-aged daughter and I enjoyed four nights of blessed relief from the Texas heat; this property was the perfect base for us. When we arrived, we parked in the adjacent lot - and didn't return to the car till check-out! Telluride is wonderfully walkable, and the property's location on the river trail gave us easy access to all parts of town. The weather didn't always cooperate, but when the storms came, we enjoyed the drama through the property's west-facing windows. Thanks for a wonderful stay - highly recommended!

Get away ski trip

Excellent condo for a Telluride stay! Very clean and fully functional. Enjoyed the central location for reaching the slopes and easily wandering into town. Mindy was excellent with her customer service, making our stay perfect.

All the comforts of home

My first visit to Telluride and could not have picked a better place to stay. The best part of all was the communication with Mindy who answered all my questions including several not related to the unit but rather the ski resort in general. The assigned locker, TV streaming services, AND a THREE DAY SUPPLY of K cups were nice surprises!!!
