Este es el único y verdadero ski-in / ski-out de 5 dormitorios en el histórico pueblo minero de Telluride, Colorado. El ascensor es, literalmente, justo abajo. Así es la taquilla ascensor y una tienda de alquiler de material de esquí / snowboard. No sólo eso, sino que este single condominio penthouse nivel está a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la avenida Colorado (Histórico calle principal de Telluride). Demasiado frío para caminar, tomar el transporte gratuito que sale cada 10 minutos y puede recogerlo directamente en frente de la casa de campo.

Very accommodating for four couples. Great location. Shuttle was nice to take if you are going further into town. I would definitely stay there again.

Telluride in Summer

Had an amazing stay at this wonderful 5 bedroom/5 bath condo in Telluride. It was conveniently located to downtown and the gondola which went to Mountain Village. The gondola runs until midnight and is free !! Lots and lots of restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. We don't ski but this property must be one of the best with the slopes and lifts literally ending at their backdoor. Ryan was an amazing host and gave us some amazing suggestions on restaurants and activities. Will not hesitate to book again.

Excellent host! He was very responsive and kind! The place was extremely clean, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Each room having its own bathroom was great! The location was good too - short walk to town and the gondola. I would definitely recommend this condo, and would stay here again!

Perfect Location!

In the dining room & living room, you can watch skiers coming down the slope. We enjoyed watching the ski patrol & their avalanche dogs get onto the chairlift each morning. It's just one flight down the stairs to get onto chairlift 7. It's an easy walk to downtown Telluride, but if you don't want to walk, there is a free shuttle that does a loop approximately every 15 minutes. Also, the condo has exceptional features such as heated floors in the bathrooms.

Fantastic Ski Holiday

Our amazing experience began before we even arrived on property. Ryan is such a helpful, informative and patient host! I asked him a million questions and he always responded quickly and very helpfully. The VRBO was exactly as described. Incredible location for ski-in ski-out and with 3 adult kids with spouses, plus a teenager, everyone was very happy with their rooms/bathrooms and location. It was all around a wonderful vacation and Ryan was always available if we had any questions or needs.

Perfect Spot for a Group Ski Trip

I have a group of friends that have been skiing together for over 20 years, the last 15 at Telluride. This house was the best we have ever stayed in. 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, great kitchen and living area, and best of all, steps from lift 7! Ryan, the owner was extremely helpful throughout the process. Communication was fantastic and he helped us with parking too. I highly recommend this unit! We are already looking forward to next year.

Lift 7 was just a few steps away

This property was very accurately listed and the property manager Ryan was always quick to respond when we had any questions. The place was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking. We even enjoyed watching the working dogs get on the lift in the morning and got to see them come back in the afternoon.There are only 2 community hot tubs but we didn’t have any trouble getting to use them while we were there.There were also puzzles there that were fun to pass the time in the evenings.We all enjoyed the place and would definitely rent from Ryan again.

The best location!

Having a ski rental shop, lift tickets, and ski lift literally steps away from the door was outstanding. The views of the slopes from the front room were spectacular. We had a group of 10 and the family and dining plus kitchen connected area was great and allowed plenty of seating and gathering space. Easy walk, or free shuttle service around town, was a plus. The owner was proactive making sure we were good and super responsive. We would rate it 6 stars but they only allow for up to 5 stars!

This property was AMAZING! Better than pics!

We were so happy with this property - the expansive condo put all nine of us in seperate, private areas and the location can't be beat. We will definitely return! The condo itself looks completely updated and upgraded - the five bathrooms and kitchen looked brand new - the entire place, really, belying the age of the cimmaron property itself. A really short walk to the market and even closer to the lovely san miguel river walk made the location perfect. You never need a car once you get to the property. 5/5 without question.

Perfect Location!!!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this Awesome ski house! Plenty of room, beds were comfortable and Ryan was an extremely attentive host. The location could not be beat as a ski in ski out as you rolled right out the door and were a few feet to the lift! Everything is walking distance so no need for a car once you have arrived. Really great place!

Excellent Location

We wanted to be ski in ski out, and we certainly attained that goal. Lift was out our back door. Ryan is a great host. We did have adults in the bunk bed room and those beds are pretty small, but we made it work. Easy walk to town, we didn't drive the entire time we were there. Hot tubs are communal and they were heavy use, so we got shut out a few times. We had a great trip.

Ski lift for 8

This was, by far, our favorite lodging of all our trips. I'll start with the obvious - the location. You are looking directly at lift 7, tickets are downstairs and rentals are literally next door. The view out the bank of windows is amazing. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spaced out nicely, plenty of seating around the TV or kitchen table, hot tubs are around the corner and we walked everywhere in town we needed to go. The town is beautiful and full of great food. Ryan is super communicative and helpful. He gave us a hit list of places to try, a shuttle update(which we really never needed), and checked in on us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. If you have a big group, this is just the place for you!

Great Condo in a great location

This is the perfect place for a group of friends or family. The condo is at the base of a lift on the Telluride side. The location couldn't be better and the condo is well appointed with everything you need. I've stayed here multiple years and will be back again.

Unbeatable location, sleeping arrangements, and host

I've stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years and I have never had a Host as responsive and helpful as Ryan. His property is in a perfect location; just steps to the ski lift, ticket office, and ski rental shop. It's also just a short walk to downtown Telluride alongside the beautiful San Miguel River. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location. We walked everywhere.

It was a great location and a wonderful Condo! We were located on the second floor, above a workout class that began at 6:30 am that was super loud and woke us all up, but everything else was great.
