The only 3bed/3.5bath townhome on the property with wrap around balcony that boasts 180' views of the lake. Porch offers unobstructed views of amazing sunsets on the mountain lake and fireworks. Access to year round deep water dock, perfect for making memorable days of swimming, water sports or simply sunbathing. Grill, firepit and picnic bench by the water side.

Dedicated parking spot (C2). Walking distance to grocery, coffee shops, restaurants and towncenter are a walk away. Town center hosts free live music series through late spring, summer and fall. Close to the marina for kayak, boat and paddle board rentals. Washer/ dryer in the unit. Short drive drive to local brewery with live music and award winning wineries. Bell mountain with 360' views of the lake is a mile down the road for a fun day hike or drive up perfect sunrise or sunsets.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with family, friends or work from home. High speed internet for streaming and high bandwith to support multiple devices.

Townhome has three floors. Master bedroom on ground level, with access to patio and newly renovated floor to ceiling windows offering lake views from the four poster queen master bed. Cozy second room with attached bath, a comfortable queen bed and ample lighting. Third bedroom in loft with twin bed, attached bathroom offers views of mountains in the distance and lake from the top floor.

There are additional daily charges for using the dock for boating purposes. Please contact us for details prior to bringing a boat and for getting authorized to bring a boat. Please review the house rules and rental agreement in the listing prior to booking.

Very good location with very nice lake and mountain views and lake access, and it has the potential to be a high-quality rental. However, this property is very old and is in need of substantial upgrading in many respects to achieve some of this potential for adults in the 55 to 80 age range, and for a better review than we experienced during our two week stay -- not bad, but not good.

We enjoyed our stay the House and property was clean and beautiful but there were a few cosmetic items that needed to be fixed to make things more comfortable. the tile in the basement floor was loose and the bathroom toilet was not working and turned off so we were not able to do use it. Doors to the property were also concerning because they did not have proper locks.

Memorial Day weekend 2025

The property is in a beautiful location and was very well equipped for comfort and convenience. It was very clean. A little assistance needs to be provided to more easily find the property. GPS directions had us looking for a street that did not have a street sign. It is actually easy to get to once you are on the correct street. We had a very enjoyable time. It will truly be wonderful for enjoyment of the lake which was not our goal on this trip.

Great Lake Front Property

Great lake view, it is a 3 story townhouse and may be hard to maneuver steps for older or handicapped individuals. Very clean. Furnishings a little old. Very good value for the money.

Sweet time on the lake!

The property was exactly as advertised and the host was very responsive to questions, etc. prior to our arrival. The 3-bedroom condo was very comfortable! There was easy access to Lake Chatuge and the 'cove' where it is located was not a busy area of the lake. We had a place for our jet ski and the neighbors were very friendly when we interacted with them on the docks. We plan to return!!!

The lake view at this property is amazing and I can describe it just as advertised!!!! New Year's Eve there was a firework show that my family enjoyed right before brining in the New Year!!!! Sona was great with communicating! Before the trip, during the trip and even after our communication has been the best! Thank you Sona for being so responsive and understanding! We appreciate you and the wonderful memories that your home has created for our family.

This property is still stuck in 1982. There is othing good to say about the nuti. The view was wonderful. Remodel!!

Amazing location

You can’t beat the location of this property. Beautiful views, quiet area. The condo was very nice but needs some maintenance. Multiple bulbs out that could not be fixed due to ceiling height and lack of tools, making the living room extremely dark. In addition the stove only had two working burners due to broken knobs which makes onsite meal preparation difficult. There are two downstairs bedrooms however one has the closet so packed with stuff that you can’t hang any clothes up in it. Again great location but could use some work.

Good stay

Good property and very quiet stay Would have gave five stars but my mother which is very feeble slept on the hide-away bed in the couch because there was not a bed room on the main floor ....stairs up and down....but she loved the big lake front porch
