The house is cute and clean and exactly as it is represented. It's not fancy, but it's roomy. We are 2 couples who had our own sides of the house, our own bathrooms. Plenty of outdoor parking. And it's close to all the places we like to kayak.

This cute little house was in the best location for us - just a block from our sister. Very convenient to downtown and Lake Mary, the two places we needed to go to.The house was super clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. Lots of TVs, but we only needed two. There are a couple of things to know when you book that are really minor but good to know...there are no lamps next to bed in the main bedroom, so the only lighting is overhead. The outlets in the house are all 2-prong except in the kitchen and bath (in case you need to plug in a computer), and it's quite echoey because there aren't any rugs to dampen the sound. However, with that said, I would stay here again and hope to do so when we come back to visit family. We may even bring our kids because there is plenty of room!

The accommodations were perfect! House was immaculate, and had everything we needed from pots and pans to washer and dryer. All appliances seemed like new. Hosts were exceptional to work with and very gracious. We were in town on a work trip and if work brings us back to the area, would stay here in a heartbeat!

This is one of the cleanest and best renovated houses my family has stayed at for vrbo's. Kitchen was very well done, all appliances were new and up to date. Whole house was tastefully decorated, master bathroom has a beautiful mirror. The living room couch was very comfortable, stacked washer and dryer set was handy, and air conditioning was very comfortable. Overall a great stay!

Awesome house and location

My family stayed for 8 days and we loved it!! Extremely clean house, quiet friendly neighborhood and close to stores, restaurants etc..Super friendly host!!! I will definitely choose this home again!!! Thank you so much!!! If you ever want to sell let us know!!!!

Clean and perfect

We came in for a graduation and needed more space than a hotel for the times we were not with family. It was spacious, clean, and just right for what we needed. Saturday night the cars got loud as they went by but that was the only thing that bothered us.

Cute-Convenient House

We had 5 adults stay for Daytona Bike Week. The house was 2 blocks off the main road, which was convenient and quiet. Traffic was minimal, except during school pickup/drop off times. There was room to park an 18’ car trailer for the week in the yard and concrete pad for bike parking. The neighbors were quiet and kind (if we saw them). The shared bathroom shower was not cleaned properly-there was hair on the walls and floor and no cleaning products on hand. There was 1 remote for 3 televisions and not enough wash clothes for all 5 guests. However, when I contacted the host they promptly responded and provided an additional remote and wash clothes. They also offered to clean the shower, but we purchased cleaning products and cleaned it. We also ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and the host promptly supplied them. Minor inconveniences but I would definitely rebook in the future!

Great place!

The host was very kind and responsive. Easy check in and check out. Very comfy and stocked with everything you need. Quiet location located close to food and downtown Sanford area. Highly recommend.

Nice but noisy

It’s overall a nice short rental. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils and dishes that you need to cook for a family. The washer dryer and dishwasher are quite new and function quietly. The noisy part is the neighborhood and the air conditioner. It’s really loud. At first I thought the air conditioner I was going to blast.

Senior Softball Tournament

The house was very cleand and updated. The owners took the time to stock the bathrooms with amenities you might have forgotten to pack. As a woman, I highly appreciated the facial wipes, hair ties and lotion. We will stay here again for next year's tournament.

Beautiful and Sweet House Ready for Your Vacation

Clean house in an easy to find neighborhood. There is a solid amount of restaurants and retailers within a 5 mile radius. The only negative we had was the high temperature the thermostat was required to stay at. The thermostat was set at 76 degrees and couldn't be lowered. There is only one fan in the house (located in the master bedroom), which limited circulation. It made it pretty unpleasant, especially at night. We purchased multiple fans to try and cool down the house, which wasn't expected or ideal.

Excellent Choice for our Family

We were in Sanford for the 50th Annual Family Reunion and the 1st since the pandemic. We always travel with my elderly mother-in-law and this home met our needs perfectly. The home is clean and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable with multiple televisions to accommodate everyone. It was very open and airy and had the basic necessities and more. Very relaxing. Highly recommend! 😊

Short golf vacation

Super clean! Nice house!

We were relocated due to flooding on the road leading to our home so we stayed a couple nights here and the host was kind enough to let us check in early! This was the cleanest VBRO house I’ve stayed in a long time!!! Comfortable beds, nice furniture, and not overly decorated so very kid friendly!
