This is a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home on beautiful Clear Lake. Just 10 minutes to Sanford SFB airport or Boombah Sports complex. Clean, uncluttered home equipped with everything you need for a fun vacation, just bring your toothbrush and shampoo. Master bedroom with full bath and slider to sun room. Flat TV in master and the living room and Wi-Fi throughout. In the white picket fenced back yard, you have gate access to the deck and lake. Kayaks welcome!!

With a very welcoming host …. we arrived and felt at home on the lake. So nice to have a view of the lake while creating breakfast or dinner in the kitchen. Sit outside and relax with a cup of coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise. Or even have your coffee in the master bedroom, with the sunrise just outside the patio door. Nice …… The high ceilings gave the home a greater feeling of space, and opened up to the great room. Very spacious bedrooms, and ample room for the family. We were there on a business/vacation and enjoyed the stay. Thank you ……. we would defiantly stay again..

We stayed here for parent's weekend at UCF. I needed a house for myself, my daughter (who attends UCF but stayed with us), my parents, close family friends, and my dog. The house was extremely clean. We had plenty of room for everyone and enjoyed being able to sit together in the living room. The lakeview is really pretty. We played one of the many games provided in the home. It was a perfect place to stay.

Amazing Home

Boombah baseball trip

Family of 6 visited from out of town. Plenty of room for all. Quiet/peaceful neighborhood. Calming lake view. Check in process was easy. Communication was clear. No issues at all. Great price as well. Would stay again.

Excellent property

A wonderful stay in Sanford. Host was gracious and responded promptly. Felt at home from the time we walked through the door. House as my wife would say is comfy cozy. Enjoyed having coffee watching the ducks and wildlife around the lake. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Nice house on a lake

This is the second time we've stayed at this house. It is a clean, comfortable home with a view of the lake. It is the perfect location for us, near our son. We'll be back!

Winter Escape

Our family was in Sanford for a field hockey tournament at the Boombah Sports Complex. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and was close to everything we needed. The house was clean and had all of the supplies that we needed to cook meals and enjoy our time.

Great Place for Family

We loved staying here. We were visiting to spend Thanksgiving with our mother, who lives in Florida. There was room for everyone and even a lift chair for her! The place was well stocked with plenty of seating. We especially liked sitting outdoors and in the sunroom!

Beautiful and Quiet

We got in quite late, but the house was easy to find. Walking inside felt like home. The pictures don’t do it justice, this home is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is a good size and well stocked. The master suite is spacious as were the guest bedrooms. There is a huge living area with comfortable seating. It has a large dining area and a small dinette area. I spent a lot of time in the beautiful enclosed patio and outside in the back yard watching the lake. It is in town but very quiet. It is close to my son so we got to visit a lot. When I wanted down time this house is perfect. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Stay in Sanford on Clear Lake

The view in the morning over coffee was outstanding. The only thing better was in the evening with the moonlight reflecting off the water. Accommodations were great and no issues at all. The area is very quiet and peaceful allowing for a relaxing 5 days. Definitely would recommend for anybody wanting to go to the Sanford, FL area.

The house was just as described.

Enjoyable morning view at the lake, It seems like a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house has everything you may need during your stay and clean. Host very polite and communicative. My kids enjoyed the house, not surprised, not bugs, and a comfy tv room.

Great place to unwind

This property is one of the nicest we have stayed. The sunrises over the lake were beautiful and even though it is a catch and release lake the fishing was pretty good and fun. The house was very clean and extremely well provisioned. There was an airshow at Sanford airport while we were there and the planes flew over the property. i communicated with the owner before we started our stay and he was very helpful. We had no need to contact him during our stay. We completely enjoyed our time there.

When we found this hidden gem, we knew it was the home for us. We love the quiet and the spending time on the lakeside deck behind our home. We also like to be close to the Sanford Airport as we travel through there a lot.
We have a second home and third home on the larger lake in the same neighborhood. Check out (VRBO #1596741) and (VRBO #2054498)
