Now comes with 4 new electrical scooter use for free with stay. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 3-bedroom townhome. Situated across the street from the Logan River Golf Course and driving range. Within walking distance of the Logan River Trail, Willow Park, Cache County Fair and Rodeo Grounds, and the Logan Aquatic Center. Also conveniently located to shopping and downtown Logan.

The condo sleeps 10 in soft and cozy new beds. There is also a pack and play crib and 3 twin size fold out beds that allow sleeping space for up to 14 for an amazing stay.

Full game room located in the garage with foosball, air hockey, and ping pong table.

Clean and comfortable!

This home was perfect for our girls weekend! Quiet neighborhood in a low traffic area, and minutes from downtown. The home was spacious, all rooms were comfortable, and the owners were very attentive - all communication was simple and quick.

Weekend in Cache Valley

Overall a good experience. Just the right amount of space. Great location for our needs. Just a few things I would change or fix (vents, lvp floors and couches need a deeper cleaning, blinds on sliding door need to be fixed or replaced.

Served us well

This property accommodated our group of seven (three adults and four children ages 4-8) nicely. The townhouse was clean and ready before the check-in time. There are ping pong, foosball and air hockey tables in the garage. They were all functional, though not especially high quality. These were fine for the kids in our group (ages 4-8) to play with. There were also four e-scooters in the garage, but only three of them could be charged and only two of them held a charge long enough to go very far or fast. Parking was a minor challenge. With the garage full of games, we were lucky to find a couple of spots across the way or on the street around the corner. The beds and rooms were comfortable, though we recommend pulling the mattresses off of the rollaway beds and putting them directly on the floor for better sleeping. Others in my group said that they wished there were more extra blankets, and we were kind of surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner provided. The triple-layer bunkbed was, of course, a kid magnet and they loved it!! I was surprised that I was the one to initiate contact about check-in/out, but the owner/manager always replied quickly. This is a good VRBO. We would consider staying here again for another family gathering in Logan.

We loved our little vacation condo near Logan's green golf course. Nice to be close to Willow Park where we attended a large family reunion, My three teenage grandkids loved having access to the electric scooters. Thank you for everything,

Bedding and towels not washed. Kitchen floor dirty. We enjoyed the location. The beds were comfortable. We Cleaned it up a bit and we had a great time!

Very nice home. Owner was always responsive to emails. Would recommend it. There were a few little things that were overlooked some supplies that were out but those things will happen.

Such a gun Family Gathering!

We had so much fun at this rental. My parents, sister’s family and my family stayed here. There were electric scooters, ping pong, air hockey & foosball that kept the kids as well as the adults entertained. The living / Kitchen area was large enough for all of us to relax, chat and watch football. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I can't say enough good about the GREAT communication with the owner and how helpful he was!! We had some issues come up with our travel plans and he went out of his way to accommodate our circumstances. I can't wait for our next trip to Cache Valley to book this property!

Stayed for daughter’s wedding

We stayed for a few days for my daughter’s wedding. The hosts were great about answering any questions and taking care of any needs we had. The rental itself is very nice and provided a great place for us to hang out and do whatever wedding prep we needed. We would stay again.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a funeral and the hosts went above and beyond. They were very quick at responding to any questions and even provided a great welcome basket with snacks! The rooms were clean and very spacious for the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and condo

Stayed here to visit our daughter. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. Games in the garage were a plus. The views from the front and back are amazing and it is close to very nice walking trails We'll be back

Great place in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. We needed a place last minute and the host was gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The space was clean and spacious with some fun extras. Location is fantastic near parks, trails, and golf course. We hope to return again.
