Great group retreat

We had a great time with our group and were able to spread out and hang out in the kitchen and other gathering areas. It was nice and close to activities like swimming & hiking.

Girls Trip

This place was amazing there was a few waterfalls really close and tavern not to far that we went to and wasnt very far to Harrison which has a Walmart. The accommodations were really appreciated. It was a Great Experience! Will definitely be recommending to others

Fantastic weekend stay here. This house was setup so well for our group of eight guys on a hiking trip. Very secluded house with amazing views of the night sky. Plenty of property around you. You feel alone out here.The house was setup well for sleeping, bathrooms, and open entertaining area. Plenty of seating everywhere including the fire pit. Great appliances and furniture. Plenty of dishes and utensils. The owner Joseph was very responsive and had great communication. I would absolutely stay at this home again.

Perfect weekend getaway

We stayed here Labor Day weekend with a big group of girlfriends. It was amazing! We had a wonderful time. So much so that my family is coming back at thanksgiving!

Family trip to Northwest Arkansas

Joseph's house is amazing! We had five adults and two children that stayed here for three nights. The house was spacious, clean and perfect for our family. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The house was located very close to the Buffalo River and some great hiking trails. We hiked the Lost Valley Trail and did float the River from Pruitt to Hasty. We enjoyed smores around the fire pit each night and the hot tub. We will stay here again the next time we visit!

Nice family spot

House was as described. Very easy to communicate with. Our float location got changed due to water levels, so the location was a bit far out. However, that was not the owner’s fault. Overall, happy with our stay.

Great house for Buffalo river activities

Perfect house for our group of friends. Short drive to Ponca where we put in on the Buffalo. Plenty of space for our party of 9 and great amenities. Loved the hot tub and basketball goal.

Perfect spot

We loved the rural feel of this home and surroundings. It was so quiet and peaceful yet close to everywhere we planned on going. The kitchen is well-stocked with lots of extras that came in handy with meal prep. Plenty of space for our multiple cooks and for the rest of the group to stretch out. Clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for 2 families - 4 adults & 4 teens

It was a perfect house for 2 families, plenty of space in the living room, huge kitchen to all cook dinner and eat together! We loved sitting out on the deck every evening and in the morning! Beautiful property, had absolutely everything you needed!! The host are so thoughtful and easy to communicate with!

Exactly What We Needed

I booked this place for myself and 4 of my girlfriends to stay at for a quiet getaway weekend. This house was spacious, yet cozy. Far enough away to feel secluded but not too far to make going into town feel like a chore. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE and the hot tub and fire pit were the perfect touches. I absolutely would stay here again!

Our group had a lovely time at Joseph’s property! The house was very well-stocked, and the communication with the host was excellent. Joseph was able to help us with suggestions of outfitters close to the house, and was very flexible with our groups needs. Would love to stay here again!

Harley Motorcycle Group

Great location to Motorcycle routes. Plenty of space to park our trailers, and bonus to park the bikes in the garage after a long day of riding. The beds were so comfy, and plenty of space for 6 Adults. Loved the hot tub, and hanging around the campfire at night. Joseph was quick to respond with any questions, and so helpful to make our stay enjoyable!

Kid Friendly

The whole family loved this kid friendly cabin! The home was very clean, well stocked and we loved the feel of being home away from home. The level yard made it easy for the kids to play football or just to run around. We enjoyed the fire pit every night and the hot tub was a bonus! We spent most of our days in Jasper or Boxley Valley and it was a short drive to either. We plan on staying again!

PERFECT!!

This place was perfect for us, 3-couples travelling on motorcycles, this property is centrally located to some of the best riding roads, having access to the garage was very nice because of the rain we had this weekend , the hot tub was a nice treat after a long cold / wet day of riding, and plenty of wood for the firepit!!, each couple had our own bedroom and private bathroom , a large furnished kitchen was great for breakfast and dinner, very accommodating A+!!

As advertised

We had an amazing stay. The property owner answered so many questions and in a very timely manor. Anything you think you might need is already there. We hiked a couple of the trails he recommended and went to the swimming hole he suggested. All were perfect. 10/10 would stay again!!
