The Oslo features a variety of living spaces; you'll find 8 sleeping areas, 5 with king sized beds, Starlink Internet, laundry, hot tub, covered balcony, game room, multiple entertainment spaces inside and out with plenty of seating, office, in-ceiling speakers, fire pit, and a killer view to boot. Just south of Jasper, we're a short drive from many of the area's best attractions. The Oslo is a short convenient drive to food, groceries, and shopping in town Jasper. Theirs is zip lining, multiple trailheads, waterfalls, and scenic overlooks close by in the surrounding area. Into rock climbing? Horseshoe Canyon and Sam's Throne are both within 30 minutes. Here for the river? Popular put-ins at Kyle's Landing and Ponca are just 15 and 30 minutes away respectively. Whatever your reason for venturing this way, we offer supreme comfort with a one of a kind million dollar view right in in the middle of everything. So please, be our guest. No pets, please.

Fantastic trip

We had a fantastic trip! The house was beautiful and fit 15 of us perfectly! The view is amazing! The house was ready before our check in time so we got to spend a little extra time there which was very nice!

This place was perfect for our family. We had a great time, and the host was great too. The place was stocked perfectly which you don't always see. They even had coffee, coffee filters, extra towels, extra toilet paper, spices, etc. Not to mention hanging out on the deck with a cup of coffee and an incredible view. We will definitely consider this place again.

Family fun

All about the million dollar view

We stayed at the Oslo Retreat and would totally book again. They keep the house totally stocked up and have anything you might need. Owner is very attentive and helps with any questions pr concerns. The view was AMAZING, can’t express this enough. Would totally stay here again!

Fantastic Place

The place was great for a large group. Plenty of things to do for all ages. Kitchen was well stocked with all pots, pans, and everything else you could think of. Home and grounds were extremely clean and taken care of. Views are second to none. Highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to come back again.

The best experience our family has had in any vacation rental, EVER! 12 adults and 4 children from five different states met here for our family Thanksgiving in November 2025. Top-notch facilities, amenities, communication, you name it. We had very high expectations, and they were exceeded in every way. Cannot recommend this location or this property owner more highly! Two of the adults who participated in our get-together here have already booked it for themselves for a significant event next year, and I'm sure there will be more. Thank you so much!

Thanksgiving Family Get Together

I couldn't describe how perfect our stay was! This home is gorgeous, spaceous and well stocked. We gathered family from Missouri, Iowa and Colorado for Thanksgiving - we cooked, played games and enjoyed some local hikes. Jason was wonderful to work with, very prompt responses with any questions we had. Would come again 100%!

This rental exceeded every expectation! The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning, and every little detail had been thoughtfully prepared—from the cozy amenities to the fully stocked essentials. Jason, our host, was accommodating, responsive, and kind!! Making our stay seamless and relaxing. We will absolutely return!Our party included adults and children of all ages. The game room, fire pit, and hot tub were big hits! There was something to occupy everyone.

Family gathering

Morning rain didn't spoil our time due to the large game room, video games, ping pong, puzzles....Afternoon was spent at Buffalo river or hiking Eden Falls. Hot tube was nice during the unusually cool evenings. The 2 refrigerators were helpful in storing the prepared meals we brought. One evening was spent making s'mores at the fire pit. Watched the Hogs baseball outside

Amazing Property

Amazing views over the Valley! The house had everything you could think of to accommodate an entire family, ping pong and shuffleboard in the garage, hot tub, fire pit, great sound system and easy to connect to WiFi. Gaming console in the lower level. Kitchen was well equipped! Perfect location, just a short drive to Jasper. Cannot say enough good things, we will be renting again next year when we come back for our annual canoe trip!!

Amazing Experience at the Oslo Mountainside Retreat

My extended family spent the weekend celebrating my dad’s 90th birthday at Oslo Mountainside Retreat. The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone loved it. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kids were entertained. The views were gorgeous. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Jason, our host, was so helpful and reassuring. When I was having trouble finding a birthday cake, he picked one up for me and brought it to the house.The house and Jason exceeded our expectations. We could not have been happier with our choice and look forward to the next time we stay here. Thanks, Jason!

Great host, AMAZING stay.

We have a group of 20+ family members and friends that always go on float trips together. We decided to do Buffalo River this year and man O man did this stay truly AMAZE every one of us. The view right outside made every morning truly special and a beautiful memory. All of us agreed that it was as if we were in an entirely different country, like Costa Rica or something! The home is modern, and architecturally stunning, which is not always easy to find. On top of the physical space being jaw-dropping, Jason the host was an absolute angel. He was welcoming and overall the type of person our family loves to be around. I could not recommend this space more. 10/10

This place will be on my mind until we get a chance to return!! Absolutely stunning and was perfect for our large group! You could stay here for days and never run out of things to do! We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, game room, garage with ping pong and corn hole! The view is breathtaking! The master suite was a dream! The host always responded to messages immediately!
