This newly updated 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Mesilla, Downtown Las Cruces, NMSU, dining and much more. This little gem is the perfect location for your next Las Cruces stay.

This home has 5 bedrooms, all with TVs. Living room has large TV as well. One large bedroom also has a futon to accommodate two more people. The kitchen has seating for 14 total including the island. Enough glass and serve ware for 12.

House is very centrally located to all parts of Las Cruces!

Great spot, and a very clean and comfortable home! Plenty of space for the entire group, and enough dishes, silverware, towels, etc. that we didn't lack anything. There was even coffee and creamer! Thank you so much, it was a fantastic stay, and we'd book it again

We were looking forward the the fire pit that you had in pictures. Both the front and back had real tall weeds. Would have bee nice if they had been taken cars of. Also more hooks in bedrooms and bathrooms to hang towels to keep separate for individuals.

This place is well maintained, clean and location is good. Not going to lie at first I was a little wary about the location but it was great and a quiet neighborhood besides the train blaring the horn after midnight and again after 7am. Overall beautiful home and great communication with owners! They even put out little snacks for their guests! Would definitely stay here again!

Great for family celebrations!

Th is great pepper was made even better by the amazing and accommodating owner. She was so communicative and did so much to help us check in and out around the babies’ schedules. The dining room is huge and open to the kitchen making it the perfect place for our 18 family members to gather for meals. (Only 4 adults and 4 children stayed at the house.) It was super comfortable, close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. I will definitely recommend this property and rent again if the need arises.

Spacious very clean and well appointed

Family here for a celebration of life. Four adult siblings and our father and stepmother. Great kitchen and common spaces. It was great to hangout together in the morning and after our large family gatherings. Having five adult sized beds was great for our group and very unique in a short term rental. All rooms and beds were very comfortable. The train tracks are close but most of us were not affected. If you are super sensitive to noise you may want to bring earplugs. Thank you Christy for your communications and flexibility!

Great place for a group of people. It looks like it is small from the outside but we fit very nicely in it. Its in an older neighborhood but it was close enough to get to NMSU within about 10 minutes. The master bed was rather hard but there were several other beds to choose from. If you're going with a group test the beds like goldie locks so you get the right one for you. I would stay again. Oh, it was also pretty cool that there were tvs in all the rooms. Host is very sweet! I also liked that there wasn't an extremely long list of chores for us to do before check out. Thank you.
