The home was lovely as were the hosts. We received very quick responses when we reached out. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool. We also enjoyed the showers, as the water pressure was incredibly strong!

The house is in a great neighborhood with lovely neighbors. The whole place looks new. Bathrooms are spacious, living has a large tv, big comfortable sectional and the back yard is very nice. Everything worked. The interior design is well done.

Toilet paper - there are 2 bathrooms, partial rolls of toilet paper on the tp dispenser, no other tp in the house … we drove to Albertsons on the first day to purchase this resource for our 3 night stay WiFi - the userid/password in the guest book are not correct .. we were so busy with local plans to keep messaging the host … we did not use WiFi (obviously) just used our phones for the stay Check in/check out - met VRBO standards … normal Accommodations - as represented in pics, very nice - bed linens are minimal - bring blankets - there were two blankets for 4 beds Overall - we would return

Immediately upon arriving to the property i was impressed. The house is very well maintained and easy to find in a beautiful location of LC. We liked the layout of the home and the various art pieces throughout the property. The highlight is its back yard swimming pool of course! It offers resort vibes and is very spacious and safe for everyone enjoying the outdoor sun. Thank you ver much.

Spectacular Sunsets

We truly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and exquisitely decorated home in a quiet neighborhood with good walkability for our dog. We witnessed spectacular sunsets from the backyard oasis, dipping in the pool and hot tub when weather permitted. The house is conveniently located close to downtown with easy access to major highways so we could easily explore the surrounding area. Jolene and Nick were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely book another stay with them the next time we visit Las Cruces.

What I liked about the place:Great turf area for petsShower heads and water pressure greatPlace decorated nice with cool art, big tv, furniture Nice safe location close to stores and restaurants Jolene super responsive What needs improvement in my opinion for a “luxury” rental.Pool listed as heated but in reality the renter has to attempt to heat it by heating spa and that water goes into pool.Pool pump ran all the time and was extremely loud.Pine sol smell in the house was overwhelming upon arrival and we had to air out the place.Place was tidy but not actually that clean. Hair left in the shower drain.m. Press on nail left on nightstand in guest bedroom. Sinks in master did not have a top to the stopper in either sink so you can see the algae buildup and it smelled.The biggest issue is the shower is a safety hazard in both bathrooms. So slippery. Also the shower in the master does not drain properly and pools by the shower door so you get to walk in cold leftover water Three washcloths for entire unit and they were dingy .Barky dogs next door were annoying and constant even when we were inside. not your fault but an observation for your information.I really wanted to Love this place but thought you should know so you can fix
