Venga a disfrutar de nuestro condominio recién remodelado

La cubierta es totalmente nuevo y lo suficientemente grande como para acomodar a su familia y amigos mientras disfruta de las hermosas vistas de las agujas y el ingeniero de montes.

Hay una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal con una cama de matrimonio en el segundo dormitorio. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales con una de las literas ser una cama de matrimonio en la parte inferior.

Nuestro apartamento ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar y que hará que muchos buenos recuerdos durante su estancia. Las actividades son infinitas y las vistas son espectaculares.

Great place to stay.

Everything was just as the pictures showed. The only thing is there needs to be a light bulb replaced in the stairwell from the parking garage.

Great stay

We have now stayed here twice, and this time was an improvement over the last. We had a wonderful stay, and the space is perfect for our two families to enjoy a ski trip. Plenty of room, fireplace, easy access, and very convenient to Purgatory.We hope to be able to stay here again in the future -- it's so convenient and provides everything needed for a great stay.

Family Trip

Everything was just as expected. I gave this trip a 5 star rating. Chris was the go- to guy . Very reasonable priced. We split it between 3 families.

Absolute blast

This property is only about a 2 minute drive over to purgatory but you pay so much less to stay there. The actual condo is huge and even with our party of 8 had plenty of space for us. The hot tub and heated pool are also a necessity after a day on the slopes. This is our second time staying at this condo and plan to come back again in the future.

Updated Condo in Prime Location

The property was very nicely decorated and stocked with all essentials. Being a mile from the ski hill was great along with the covered parking. Would definitely stay here again when coming to ski Purgatory!

Great Condo

Great location between Durango and Silverton. Beautiful views. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for entire family, highly recommend it. Has a hot tub and pool, pool is cold.

Perfect stay!

This condo is super clean and had everything we needed. This is our second stay at Cascade Village and we liked this unit better than the first one. It’s an end unit so there was extra space. There were only 4 of us but this unit would easily accommodate two families. Great choice close to the slopes and amazing location.

Great Location!

Condo was exactly what we needed! We had two family’s and it was plenty large with adequate sitting/dining room. Beds were comfy, plenty of closet storage, and view was amazing! Found all four faces in the painting above fireplace, so fun! Kitchen well stocked with crockpot, Tupperware, plenty of pantry storage. Would recommend bringing your own large skillet… there's was pretty small/warped/chipped and your own electric griddle for pancakes etc. Corner condo closest to pool/trash bin with large deck. Parking is great under the building, firewood provided. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, just needs some cleaning/maintenance

The condo itself was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay. The views are amazing. The condo village is very close to Purgatory (5 mins). We have stayed at this village before, and this condo was more updated than our last stay (layout is also slightly different). The toiletries were well-stocked, and the kitchen was easy to cook in. There is plenty of seating for meals, even for our entire group of 9. I'm sure the porch would be amazing during the summertime. Only issues we had during our stay was light bulbs and flies. Everything was clean when we arrived, until we tried opening one of the window shades. Hundreds of dead flies fell out of the windows. We had live flies in one of the bedrooms for a few days as well. I get that you can't control bugs 100%, but the cleaning crew really needs to vacuum the windowsills. Also, the light bulbs wouldn't be such a big deal, except that the entire hallway from the garage beneath to the condo door was dark -- very dark. Dark enough we had to carry flashlights to keep from falling down the steep stairs. That's a safety hazard that needs to be rectified. Beds were mostly comfortable, but several had smaller-sized bed toppers on them. This made it difficult to sleep 2 on the bed, since the edges tended to roll off (imagine a full size topper on a queen size bed). The sofa bed was a bit like sleeping in a soup bowl. Would we stay here again? Probably so - the condo itself was really nice. Just needs a little maintenance/cleaning TLC.

Beautiful view, close to Purgatory

This property was absolutely perfect for a bunch of adults to get together for a snowboarding trip. We didn’t take advantage of the shuttle unfortunately but it didn’t even matter because Purgatory was so close that everything worked out perfectly. Indoor pool/ hot tub and the outdoor hot tub came in soooo clutch it was amazing. Would love to stay here again.

Cascade Village Condo - close to Purgatory Ski

Our family of six loved this condo! Well stocked with everything we needed from beds, kitchen and baths. Plenty of seating very comfortable for us all. It has beautiful wrap around deck to enjoy eating outside when weather permitted. Ski gear rentals on site with shuttle to Purgatory Ski- fantastic! Pool and hot tub perfect for after a day out skiing. Hope to go back in the future in the summer or fall to go hiking. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an out of town getaway. Beautiful mountain views!

Great Home Away from Home!

Property has been updated since we stayed 6 years ago. It’s spacious, clean and close to Durango and Silverton. Everyone fit comfortably and had their own bed and space. It was clean and well-stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials and extra towels/linens. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay near Durango and Silverton!

Great location

Great location to base out of for skiing. The shuttle was nice to avoid having to drive and park at the base. Looking forward to coming back again.

Absolutely beautiful place with all you need for a fun family getaway!

This was our first time getting a property for a family Christmas skiing vacation and this was wonderful. The location is perfect for catching the shuttle to Purgatory, eating at the Cascade Village restaurant or utilizing their hot tub, pool and game room. There’s lots of space for everyone to spread out but also great places for gathering together for fun. The property manager was very responsive to any issue/ questions we had!
