With a PERFECT location and EPIC view, this beautiful tiny house is nestled at the top of the Teton Valley and puts you in the perfect spot to access some of the country's best fishing rivers, ski resorts, bike trails, and National Parks. It is full of windows with amazing views and has an ultra-comfy living space that is laid out in a way that creates distinct separate spaces to hang out in which works perfectly for couples and well for small groups of adventure buddies, or small families. The house has EVERYTHING you need and includes a private full bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room, two large lofts, and a large wrap-around deck.

The kitchen is stocked and has a Coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, etc. There is a washer/dryer combo unit for your use. An electric mini-split heating/cooling HVAC unit and a ceiling fan will keep you cool or toasty warm.

There are several desk options for remote working, in the living room and in both lofts.

Please note there are no ladders to climb but you must be able to climb steep stairs to access the lofts.

The Teton Valley Tiny House is placed on a beautiful 3-acre lot owned by Greg and Heali who live in a log cabin here full time. There are goats and chickens and an adorable Britney Spaniel puppy named Drifter.

Minutes from downtown Victor, ID. Easy walk or bike ride to the famous Victor market and all the restaurants.

Neighborhood:
The house is on the South side of town and is an easy bike ride or walk to all the shops and restaurants in Victor. The location couldn’t be better with only a quick 10 min drive to the base of the Teton Pass, 45 min to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, 45 min to Grand Targhee, 30 min to the South Fork Snake, 15 min to Teton Creek, the list goes on.
