Disclaimer: The main house is attached to a suite but has its entrance and a shared backyard, driveway, and laundry. The guest who occupied the suite will park on the left side of the driveway.

The house was clean and 8n a quiet area. All of the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The couch in the area of the kitchen was worthless. The cushions went to the bottom the other couch in the T V room was also so uncomfortable. I would stay there again if the furniture was improved.

Great house with plenty of space and a really nice backyard patio area. Host was communicative and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this stay.

Great house in a nice area

We (four adults and four teenagers/children) stayed for four nights. We looked for a house where we could cook breakfast and dinner together and we were happy to find all equipment that we needed to do that. All in all the house was very nice and just perfect for our needs.

A group of 11 friends stayed in the two adjacent houses on this property address. Everything was excellent for our needs. The one exception was no A/C in two upstairs BRs of the larger house. Thank you for the use of the very nice accomodations!

Perfect experience!

The house and property were perfect! So nicely decorated and had all we needed. It was a nice neighborhood and the yard was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The owners were so sweet and receptive. They checked with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Graduation weekend

Our large family attended my son’s graduation in Claremont and needed a place to gather/ stay. All 6 of us stayed comfortably. The house was beautiful and elegant. Everything about the trip was special and I won’t forget the gorgeous sound of the birds singing outside the window early each morning. So lovely!

APU Graduation

Great location with plenty of indoor space and outdoor space! 2 bedrooms on main floor, and 2 bedrooms upstairs was a great layout for our 4 couples. The kitchen was big enough to have multiple people working on meals at once! The fireplace was so cozy for the evenings too. The dining room was great for meals and rousing table games! The beds and bedding was extremely comfortable for everyone.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

The home was beautiful and well stocked for our stay. Love that the hosts provided coffee pods so we didn't have to worry about that when we bought our groceries for the time there. The home is well appointed with nice appliances and a well stocked kitchen for anything you might need. Well the thermostat is only downstairs, we did not have problems with heat in the upstairs bedroom getting cool even though it was in the mid 90s during our stay. Would stay again!

Home away from home

We were absolutely delighted with this home/property. Beautiful neighborhood and house very well updated. Our ONLY comment is that the pictures online seemed to be taken at angles which made rooms, even furniture appear much bigger/longer. We loved the decor, truly supplied with every necessity (except Kleenex). The owners were VERY responsive and so very helpful! One of the easiest vacations we've ever taken and will definitely stay with these owners again 💕

Quiet, clean rental in Glendora

We stayed at this rental for 4nights during my son’s graduation from CPP. Nice house in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space and accommodations.decorating was done with nice touches. Kitchen was fully stocked with items to cook a meal, plenty of towels and soaps. A/C works downstairs, upstairs has fans available if needed. No street parking after 11 PM but there was space to park two of our cars in the driveway that is gated. Very easy check-in and checkout process would definitely rent here again, thanks for the great stay!

Impressive!

This place was very impressive cleanliness wise.We were given clear instructions for checking in and everything you need is provided for plus a lot of extras.There were towels and sheets were clean.Toiletries were provided too (shampoo,conditioner,body wash,floss,Qtips ,etc).Coffee pods and bottled water was available too.KItchen was fully stocked with pots,pans,dishes,glasses.We have been to a lot of rentals and this one tops it all.Great location situated in a quiet neighborhood.Your cars are safe too because they have a garage big enough for two cars to park.Very close to a lot of good restaurants.We will definitely be booking again when we go back to LA.Thank you for the wonderful accomodations!

Great Stay

Overall, our stay was great! The beds were comfy and the AC kept up with the hot weather fantastically. Pros: house felt stocked. Items in bathrooms, extra pillows and blankets! Kitchen was well equipped. Could have used more Tupperware, but for a quick stay it wasn’t inconvenient.Cons: the deep clean was needed. Main surfaces were well taken care of, but if you looked too high or too low, I noticed black dust or grease in the kitchen. Children 2 or under, I wouldn’t recommend. No extra space for a pack n play downstairs, and upstairs remained too hot. We ended up placing one of their mattresses on the floor and made do, but had to take apart the place to do so.We weren’t told this was a duplex and the backyard is shared. Wouldn’t have been a huge problem, but they did have a dog that I wasn’t expecting. Didn’t ask if it was friendly or not, but with small kiddos, it was a concern.Overall, we would return! I feel the cons I had weren’t big enough to outweigh returning. Homeowners were very kind and highly communicative.

Glendora Stay

We stayed at Julie's house for 5 days. The house is at a convenient location to the wedding we were attending. There are plenty spaces for our family of 5. We were a bit disappointed how the house is divided to two rental units. It was our fault that we missed the "disclaimer" that the backyard, laundry room and outdoor amenities are shared between two groups of guests. It was fine to share the spaces with other guests but few things we would like to point out. We stayed at the "main house". The laundry room is attached to the main house. The late night laundry from other guests definitely made noises. Because the "back house" is connected to the "main house" so we could hear people talking, also the sound of moving objects, from the "back house". This made us wonder if the "back house" guests could hear us talking as well. There were no hand soap or towel hooks in the bathrooms. Other than that the house has almost everything (except food) you need which is nice. The bottom line, if people don't mind sharing spaces with other guests, Julie's house is perfect one to stay.
