This is a 2BR unit with a private entrance, separate from the main house, which is not part of this rental offering guests tranquility and peace of mind in a completely safe environment throughout their stay.



The shared laundry room is accessible via the garage, with no entry to the property ensuring privacy for all guests.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 2 guests, $50 per person, per night.

Completing the booking was challenging because the property manager asked that I complete the additional forms the week of our stay and then realized after some back and forth that I had already done so. The day of our arrival they said there was a problem with my signature which was also resolved but unnecessarily stressful. The property is clean and quiet but there is comfortable seating on a small couch for only two people. The beds are very comfortable.

This was the best place for a serene getaway. The neighborhood was lovely. The home was pristine but moreover, the beds were heaven. What struck me the most is that the host was very responsive and supportive. We were there for two weeks and did not enjoy leaving. We will be back!

Clean but...

Location was great, kitchen was nice, and bedrooms were spacious. However, the ID verification process once booked through VRBO seemed excessive. Once we arrived, the codes for the gate lock were useless because the lock wasn't working. We had to contact the Marbella management company to get keys from the lockbox. Once inside, realized the only seating with any sort of back support was the plastic dining chairs. Finally,, we were unable to take advantage of the yard because the uncollared 50lb /- dog to the rear, would jump the fence, then after pooping in the yard, proceeded to bark at us as though it was his yard until its owner appeared. The neighbor did clean up after their dog, but each time we walked outside, we didn't know if we would be accoasted again by the neighbor dog. I did report this back to Marbella, but all they could do was apologize for my inconvenience

Very private. Loved the backyard space. Quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. Beds were also extremely comfortable.

The hosts responded fast which I really appreciated! The listing looks exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. I’d definitely would stay again!!

Great Stay

We werent sure how we felt about it being an extension to the house and how it would affect privacy but it was great. Had own entrance and would feel like were walking into our own place. The house was great, felt clean and everything was in order. The only issue was that we couldnt watch tv the remote wouldnt work and it would only stay on one channel. the layout if the home was great.

Gathering from across the country for holiday

I was able to gather my adult children to visit their grandparents and my late husband's family. The home was perfect. The neighborghood quiet. It meant so much to my family to be able to share a quiet meal as a family. We could not have done this anywhere else as my in-laws are not up to hosting. I found the manager's of the property to be very responsive to questions. I hope to return in the future. Most importantly, they rescued us from another rental that was not clean nor as safe as advertised. They really made this holiday for me and my family.

Nice property, horrible management company

The property was clean, well maintained, and clearly refreshed. No real complaints with the property aside from the fact that there were no coat hangers at all and no real dressers....since it was just me, I laid my clothes out on a spare bed. The problem is with the management company. The full set of house rules is NOT in the original VRBO listing, despite what they claim. Additionally, the additional $45 damage waiver is NOT included in the upfront fees, but IS mandatory and not properly disclosed until after you enter the agreement. Next, they demand photos of everything, and then re-demand them again. When you state photos have been provided, they claim to have not received them, but when you re-submit them they state they already got them! THEN they have the nerve to ask for the same photos 2 more times. Mention you are coming down to visit your elderly mother? They begin demanding to know all about her, when will she dare set foot on the property? She better be gone by 10! Better let us know who comes and goes, as we may assess more fees! And this stuff s non-stop.... Totally happy with the property but the management needs to get their act together and dial it back a few notches!

Wonderful little home

I like eveything about this home I had a wonderful stay the rooms are nice and the kitchen is super cute it’s nice and quiet and feels safe and private which I loved if I had oke issue thigh it was that you cannot control the air conditioning it was constantly freezing or way too hot but other than that the house is amazing nice hot showers , beautiful living space I would love to stay again
