The place is very clean and great location- easy to walk around Tempe, Mill Ave and ASU campus. Beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space. Vince was attentive and responsive. Only notes is that there are a lot of stairs, and sparse amenities- towels and toilet paper and kitchen stuff. Fine for a short stay and if you don’t plan to cook a lot. We really enjoyed it and would book it again.

The condo was very nice and clean and we liked the area. It was convenient and felt very safe. Amenities within the unit were a little sparse, but we managed. The neighborhood is somewhat loud (proximity to airport and ASU), but that was expected and did not take away from our experience. This should be a 5-star unit, but the lack of hand towels, TP, and a few other minor things knocks it down to a 4.5.

Great Tempe location

Spacious apartment, walking distance to ASU, and restaurants. Close to the airport. Nice pool for laps and cooling off. Parking included. Great communication with the host.

Great location, wonderful townhome!

From the moment that we decided to pick this location to stay at, everything worked very smoothly. The townhome is perfect. Only a few blocks away from Mill Avenue, yet far enough away from the excitement of the area. We will definitely stay again.

Central location

We went for an ASU football game and walked to all the pregame bars and stadium within minutes. The Condo was beautiful, clean and roomy. Only downside is the construction lnext door (new building) other than that and a busy/kinda noisy College street it was awesome!

Great apartment

The location is very convenient, short walk into town and very close to a large Whole Foods store. The kitchen is excellent and we enjoyed cooking in it - even though there are lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean, with car parking available. We found the location allowed us easy access, by car, to visit the Sonoran Desert, Montezuma’s Castle, Scottsdale and the Goldfield Ghost Town.

Wonderful property! Pictures are true.

This was a great unit. It’s huge, open floor plan and laid out perfect. The pictures are of the place are as is. It’s clean, airy and location is ideal. We didn’t have a car but could easily walk to everything ASU related. Things to think of when traveling without transportation for this unit. There are no close by grocery stores and the unit has the bare minimum of supplies, so pack playing cards, board games, Kleenex and other items that you feel you may need. It’s and a great place and I would stay again!

Christmas with our daughter!

My daughter's mother and I (it's complicated) rented this wonderful place for the Christmas weekend. We walked EVERYWHERE! The Tempe Lake, A Mountain, Whole Foods... I spent most of my time in the fantastic kitchen making wonderful breakfasts and dinners. We had lunch out at several of the local eateries, including Spinelli's Pizza (recommend!!) The two balconies and rooftop patio were amazing. Comfortable beds and bedding... simply put, this place exceeded our expectations. Vince was attentive and helpful throughout our stay as well. And the price was right! We will stay there again during Spring Training!!!! Thanks!

Great memories made - would return!

Smiling as I write this. Location was great. Each morning took a short walk to pick up coffee. Near to ASU - for family visiting students. Gated area. Made breakfast each morning. Pots, pans and cooking supplies all in great condition. Layout of place allowed for great time spent together. Lots of large full wall windows with views of greenery and trees. Huge washer and dryer. Comfy bedding. Vince was thoughtful and easy to connect with and communicate with. The only thing that could improve was WiFi connection. This trip made us love Phoenix and Tempe area.

no pool key & confusing communication

We had trouble with our security deposit payment and therefore our check-in instructions were not sent the day of our arrival until that was sorted out. When we got there, there was a dirty glass on the master bedroom balcony. The main issue was that there was no pool key. It was 102 degrees and we had to wait 3 full days to get a key. The customer service person got my messages confused with another guest, so she thought we received a key when we had not. By the time we finally received the pool key, we had activities planned, so I never did get to use it. Great location and spacious rooms. They should put square footage in the listing though.
