Do not be fooled by the dishonest title of this listing. This is a common, underfurnished, lower middle class apartment in a sketchy part of Tempe.A better, more accurate title would be "Underfurnished Coors Light Crash Pad."It is NOT a condo. It is NOT 960 square feet. It is NOT executive quality. It's just a common, low-end apartment.The internet is spotty at best and rarely works. This means the TVs don't work. The decore? It feels like an 18 year old boy's idea of what a house is. No towels in that bathrooms...they're shoved into the chest of drawers. Cheap, one-ply toilet paper. And every piece of decore is cheap sports "stuff." Plastic football helmets. A Coors Light mirror instead of a standard mirror. The swivel chair in the photo? It's arms are peeling and shredded.The owner will not communicate with you. He's monosyllabic at best. I don't think he's lying to the client as much as he's lying to himself. Perhaps this is his idea of luxury? But, he certainly knows the difference between an apartment in a cheap 1980's apartment complex and a condominium.Everything about this listing is a delusional hustle. I hated this apartment so much I left early, losing a full night's fee. It was worth paying money staying anywhere else.

July vacation

We were very impressed with this place, very clean, easy access to the lightrail to go to Diamondbacks games, close to Four Peaks Brewery and Tempe Marketplace. Highly recommend this place!!!

Get location quiet, clean, just as advertised. As far as the living arrangements, beds were comfortable and accessible to different locations for food and entertainment. Close to Arizona State University.

Comfortable and Convenient

We stayed here for a visit during a parents weekend even which was hosted by our daughter's sorority at ASU. The location was extremely convenient to campus, particularly the Greek Leadership Village. The entire unit was comfortable and inviting, with every amenity provided that you would expect. We got a good night sleep on the beds, and it was nice having a TV in the bedrooms also. Having 2 bathrooms eliminated any contention when it was time to get ready, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some fresh meals. Parking was covered and secure. This is a great spot to stay if you want to be close to the ASU campus, Mill Ave, or the many sports facilities in the area. It is also a very short 10-15 minute drive from the airport, with easy access to the local highways.

The condo was in a nice location and close to family that lived near by. The condo was nice but could’ve been a cleaner for me. Good place for short stays.

Great ASU location

Overall a great place to stay, not super fancy but had everything we needed while visiting my daughter at ASU, great location and close to everything. Will look to stay here again when visiting her.

Condo was nice and comfotable. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of closet space, beds were comfortable. And, the condo is close to many restaraunts. Do2nside: If you have mobility issues - the condo is on the second floor with concrete stairs and both bathrooms are upstairs. Overall we would use this provider again. Over O

Great convenient location with fair price

Property was as advertised. My son and I stayed at the property. Upstairs bedrooms were great size. Main level is not huge, but just fine for what we needed. Tv's worked great. Small kitchen but we didn't really use it other than microwave and frig. Secure property with gated parking and keyless entry. Location is great for airport ease, ASU, and retail/food. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was spot on for communication and flexible.
