Peaceful retreat

We loved stayed at The Cozy C Cabin!Sandy River is so calming and beautiful. We sat by the river every day, enjoyed the fire pit, and woodburning stove.There is every appliance you may need here, including a regular coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. Definitely sleeps 8. Thank you

Great cabin in a beautiful spot on The Sandy River. Lots of great areas nearby for hiking and enjoying nature.

Sandy River Cabin

We enjoyed listening to the river while sitting on the outdoor swing. The view from the upstairs master bedroom was wonderful. Looks like the cabin is newly remodeled. We’d recommend this property. The only negative remarks are: It would have been nice to know there was only a Kerig coffee maker and no coffee pot. Also very few mirrors.

A perfect getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Lazy C Cabin. The kitchen is updated and has everything you need to make a meal. The beds were comfortable. The view is spectacular.My only recommendation is to have a regular coffee maker, not just a Keurig. We had to go buy pods and they were costly at the local grocery store. Having some screen doors and screens on the windows would also be nice. It was warm in the evenings but we could not have anything open as we didn't want bugs in the home.Other than that, we would stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful location, just a couple things to note

First things first, I would certainly stay here again. The location is gorgeous. It’s right on the river and the master bedroom has an amazing balcony/view. The couple things that make it not quite a 5 star for us: the swing by the river (as shown) is gone. Like a reviewer stated last year, the “half bath” includes an unfinished shower, it’s hidden behind a curtain, but still very odd. There were several huge dead/dying ants lying around. However, as I said. Loved the location over all, would stay there again.

Terrific cabin

Wonderful place for a short getaway. River was steps away and just what we wanted. Could use a regular coffee maker, a Costco box of K-cups or a refillable K-cup device adapter. We brought our coffee but there was only a Keurig (which is awesome if you have K-cups to use in it). Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the chance to get away for a long weekend. This relatively new cabin had everything we needed but there were a few things that took away from the experience, that could not be easily remedied by the rental company. The house was on a dirt road and the parking was basically in the yard. This wasn't a problem for us this trip, however I can imagine some guests not prepared for this, especially in the winter. The 1.5 bathrooms advertised was accurate, but failed to include that one of the bathrooms was had a shower that was not finished and still open wall and floor with pipes sticking out. Unfortunately the water in the other locations only got lukewarm. Not very satisfying after a day of cold skiing. The kids room had an open unfinished alcove behind the shower that was difficult to keep our curious 4 year old away from. And the lounge chair in the living room was busted and the footrest fell apart. Again, we enjoyed it and appreciated the cabin atmosphere and location but just don't feel like it lived up to the pictures, description, and price tag.

The cabin is lovely and well equipped. The ladies in the office were very accommodating and helpful.
