Happy in Baldwinsville

Property was very conveniently located. Place was clean and check in was easy. Dennis was very accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Convenient, spacious,quiet

This unit suited our purposes for visiting family in the area. The windows can provide light, the air conditioners were very nice. We loved having a washer, dryer, kitchen appliances to make our stay more comfortable and affordable.

A great spot n Baldwinsville

The loft was very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a long stay. Private, on a dead end street, with a quaint park located on the Erie Canal, it suited us perfectly. We enjoyed delicious peanut butter cookies from the bakery located on the first floor as well as great bbq and music within walking distance. It is centrally located to Syracuse. We would definitely stay again!

A Lofty Stay

We had a wonderful time, the loft was clean and had everything you could need for your stay. The smells from the bakery were lovely to wake up to. Dennis was a gracious host, and made certain that we were not lacking anything. A+++

I went stayed here for three weeks with my medium size dog. There is a small park across the street that I walked her through every day. There is also a walking trail further down the same street, another larger park across the bridge, and another park about a mile away for longer walks. The area was beautiful, and the apartment was well maintained.

Great location, apartment has potential

- ample space for 2 and great intown location Recommendations: - upgrade bathroon fixtures - remove other peoples stuff in medicine cabinet - replace showerhead that sprayed everywhere -add a towel rack and hook in bathroom - small bed - dirty dishes in cabinets -mismatched/broken blinds - couch smelled like urine

Quite apartment in great location

The property was pretty much as described, had a small town, appeal, local restaurants, Fishing in the canal and river right outside the door. Host answered all my questions and concerns. A little outdated, but I think that’s part of the term.
