Welcome to the Loft @ 315. Located in the heart of Armory Square in downtown Syracuse, NY. You will not find a better location than this one.

This space offers a king bed and a queen pull out couch that comfortably sleeps 4. There are two smart TVs; one located in the kitchen/living room and the other located in the bedroom.

This is a city property in the heart of downtown Syracuse. All guests should expect typical city noise, including but not limited to ambulances, firetrucks, garbage trucks, and nightlife noises. If you are very sensitive to noise you may want to consider staying 2-3 miles from downtown Syracuse. We have provided a noise machine in the bedroom for your convenience.

As a guest with us, you will have access to the full suite. You will also be discounted at a local salon that we are in partnership with. Please ask for more details.
Other things to note
It's important for guests to be aware that parking can be tricky downtown. There are several parking garages that can be used while staying with us. All within walking distance to the suite. We recommended using these garages if you can't find close parking to the suite.

There is no stove. There is a very small mini fridge. Great location but the owner has you check in at 4 but check out at 10am. 6 hours to clean 500 sq feet?? Asked to check in early 1 hour. Said I could not because of same day check out. I was in front of the place and they replied saying they could not but they left after cleaning at 255pm. I would say this owner isn’t very accommodating just based on that. Also there is NO washer and dryer and they gave us 4 total towels for3 people for 5 days. Hopefully they read this and fix it !

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Armory Square!We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment in Armory Square! From the moment we walked in, we could tell it was going to be a great experience. The space was spotless, bright, and so tastefully decorated—it had that perfect mix of cozy and modern that made us feel right at home.The location truly can’t be beat. We were steps away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. We had dinner at a different place every night and loved being able to just walk out the door and explore downtown Syracuse. If you're visiting Syracuse University or heading to a game at the Dome, it’s super convenient—just a quick drive or a longer walk if you're up for it.The apartment itself had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials (plus a few extras we didn’t expect!), and the living space was perfect for unwinding after a day out.Check-in was seamless with clear instructions and secure entry. Parking nearby was easy and inexpensive, which made things even more convenient.Eric, the host, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just enough to make us feel well taken care of without ever being intrusive. It’s clear he really cares about

You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed less than a mile a way. I am not sure if adults would enjoy the pull out bed in the living room, it had a thin mattress but good enough for our 16 year old. In the description the owner does say there is city noise and they were correct. It never bothered us because frankly the location and comfortable home feeling trumped the outside noise. Parking was tricky at times but always found a spot close enough it was never really a big deal. If you are not used to the city life (which we are not but ultimately it didn't bother us) you will encounter a few folks looking for a hand out or food but honestly it was always the same people hanging around downtown. Overall we would one hundred percent stay again if ever back in the area. The owner was very responsive, communication was great.
