The Art House Denver is a luxury, 6-story townhouse nestled in a private garden enclave in the vibrant Golden Triangle neighborhood. There are 4 beds and 6 baths; parking for one car is included.

A grand central staircase winds up through every floor, illuminated in all seasons by a huge glass skylight roof. Two mountain and sunset view decks, and a lush patio and terraced garden in inner courtyard make up the private outdoor spaces.

The house is well equipped for short and longer stays, with dedicated work areas, formal dining room and casual breakfast area, a huge gourmet kitchen with Jenn Aire and Sub Zero appliances, and two spacious kitchenette/bars on other floors.

Living room has a smart TV, gas fireplace and large sofa for cozy gatherings under the soaring ceiling with stunning original art and high windows overlooking the back courtyard.

Lots of room to spread out! This is a 6000 square foot residence with separate library/office, a music and game room with grand piano and a top floor spacious work or workout den. Forgot your yoga mats? We've got you.

High end decor and art throughout the house create multiple areas to gather or to find private, quiet spots to rest or relax.

The Art House Denver is ideal for large family groups, girlfriends’ getaways and corporate retreats, and for elegant gatherings. Excellent for convention attendees to be under one roof, host small events or workshops - there is large white board for brainstorming sessions!

Recommended for ski trips(Breckenridge 1.5 hrs away), cultural stays (Red Rocks is 20-30 mins drive). Great for couples' getaways and large groups of friends or family. Although a secure, private parking space is included in our garage, The Art House is a walker's dream, less than a mile from Denver Convention Center, and within 2 blocks of the Capitol and Civic Center Park; and the Denver Art, Kirkland and Clyfford Still museums, as well as History Colorado and dozens of clubs, restaurants and shops. Golden Triangle is Denver's hottest up and coming neighborhood with favorites like Level and Schoolyard, as well as numerous clubs within 2 blocks.
