Retreat to this Charming 1 bed/1 bath Upstairs Villa in the highly desired Legacy Villas community!

The Space:
This refreshed single bedroom, single bathroom lock off villa includes a spacious living room with a cozy sectional sofa, large flatscreen TV and fireplace. The updated kitchen includes state of the art appliances and all cooking necessities to make your stay comfortable. Dine outside on the large private patio or lounge on the outdoor couches with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The bedroom includes a brand new luxury king size mattress and a roomy closet. Enjoy the beautiful Spanish decor and escape to the desert in this Spectacular Desert Retreat!

**Please note that there is not a private BBQ on the patio of this property, but there are 2 community gas grills at the main pool that guests may utilize.**

Two small dogs under 25lbs are welcome with management approval and a nonrefundable pet fee.

Loved this condo. Had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. The covered patio was my favorite feature. It has a dining table and super comfortable furniture. You are just a short walk to a pool and the fitness center. It also has an assigned parking spot which is really nice when there are a lot of people staying in these condos. Would highly recommend. We will stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay! Photos are exactly how it looks in person and the bed/linens were quite comfy. My only critique is cleanliness - baseboards could use a good magic eraser wipe down and some other spots on the walls need a bit of repair. Hosts were very friendly and communicative!

Beautiful house!!! Great experience.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The house is gorgeous, with charming Spanish-style decor and absolutely everything you need to feel comfortable. The location is perfect — beautiful mountain views and nearby pools made it even better. We love bringing our pups on vacation, so the fact that they allow small dogs was a HUGE plus for us. The host was also very responsive and answered all of my questions within minutes. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

This is my second time staying at this unit. Emma is quick to help with any problems and check in and out is easy and hassle free. The unit is spacious, clean and in a great location. Would highly recommend!

Had a great time here in La Quinta. The condo was wonderful and the view of the mountains from the balcony was incredible. Hope to stay here next year.

Desert Holiday

This is a beautiful property with immaculately maintained grounds. It is in an excellent location for visiting sites in the Coachella Valley. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend it highly.

Cozy and clean

This is a sweet, well appointed, professionally decorated cozy retreat in the desert. It is in an immaculately maintained and beautifully landscaped private community. It is quiet and close to shops and restaurants. There is a trail to walk your dogs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location and view!

The property was comfortable, clean and conveniently located. The balcony had great furniture and a beautiful view. The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom was small but very clean. There is a big step into the tub that might be difficult for some people. Overall, we loved this place and would definitely stay again.

Breathtaking property!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in La Quinta, stay at Legacy Villas! It is just gorgeous. This unit has a great view of the mountain, is across from the pool and has a very comfortable and large living area. My husband and I were there for my birthday and it was one of our best trips yet. Kitchen is large and stocked and the property is filled with walking paths for our small pup. Great weekend!

Music Festival Weekend

This location was great for our Festival get away in Indio. Beautiful grounds and excellent quick communication with hosts. Had all the supplies we needed throughout from bathroom to kitchen wish was very helpful. The unit was cleanish but can use a good deep clean. Would be great if the 2 lock out doors on both ends of the unit were doubled to help with noise & lights at night from other guests. I felt the need to whisper & be very quiet during our stay. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable for me, too stiff. Good unit to rent for a larger group to also rent out the attached 2 lock out units.

The condo was a good size with a great location We were disappointed in some of the cleaning The windows had not been cleaned in a very long time and were streaked and very dirty. Same with the baseboards. The carpeting was also very dirty - walking across barefoot and my feet were dirty

Loved the place and location

I really enjoyed the place and facilities. It was exactly what I was looking for - quiet and relaxing, away from all the main box stores. However, if I needed something like groceries or do some shopping, it was only a short car ride away. This was a gated community set back in the mountains and had everything I needed. Allie who was our point of contact and was great. She always responded very quickly with answers to all my questions. I would stay in this area again. Pros: Huge deck with a fantastic view Spacious for two people The kitchen was very functional and had everything I needed. Great location near the mountains Had a BBQ on the deck Cons Bed was only a queen and probably should be replaced - soft and felt the springs I would recommend this place to someone else.

Disappointing, needs maintenance

We recently stayed at this property for six days and, while it has potential, our experience was impacted by several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, we found a dirty shower door, a clogged shower head, a broken outdoor BBQ, scuffed and dirty walls, damaged baseboards, and dusty window sills—all signs that the unit could really benefit from a deep cleaning and more consistent upkeep.To their credit, the property management company was responsive and professional. They did have the shower door cleaned and replaced the shower head midway through our stay, which we appreciated. However, most of the other concerns remained unresolved during our time there.This could be a great rental with a bit more attention to detail and regular maintenance. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

La Quinta golf weekend

Everything smooth and easy. Legacy one bedroom had it all for my short stay. From private balcony, a Picturesque view of mountains made the sunrise very special.
