PLAYA PRIVADA. Esta es una de las dos unidades que poseemos en el complejo, y la otra es vrbo 653669.

Nuestro complejo solo tiene 38 unidades en comparación con otros resorts donde comparte su playa con más de 200 unidades. Nuestra casa adosada de dos habitaciones está ubicada en Sugar Beach. Una propiedad preciosa y bien cuidada en la playa de Navarra. Hogar de las hermosas playas de arena blanca de Florida, elogios del Golfo de México.

La playa y la piscina climatizada están a solo unos pasos para su comodidad. O si la privacidad es lo que anhelas, puedes disfrutar de una barbacoa en tu propio patio privado completo con mesa, sillas y sombrilla.

En el interior, puede relajarse en nuestro plano de planta abierto, que incluye un sofá cama, medio baño y área de lavandería en la planta baja. Arriba, tendrá acceso a dos baños y dos dormitorios, cada uno con TV. Cable gratis y WIFI están incluidos en toda la unidad.

No tendrá que traer nada, ya que hemos pensado en todo y lo hemos incluido para usted. Incluso tenemos películas y juegos para su disfrute. Este es uno de los secretos mejor guardados de Florida ... ¡DISFRUTA!

Amazing location on one of the most beautiful beaches in the country! We loved the beautiful beachhouse. It was so comfy and felt like being at home. We loved the patio and the quiet walks on the beach with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was our kids favorite beach trip ever! We cannot wait to come back!!!

Great location on the Santa Rosa sound. White sandy beaches and a beautiful pool in the center of the courtyard. Did not have a view of the ocean but it was just a short 2 minute walk between the buildings. Accommodations were very comfortable with TV and internet. Had a great time. Plenty of great seafood places in the area. My favorite is “Pompano Joes” just east of Destin. About a 45 minute drive but well worth the trip. The restaurant overlooks a beautiful beach and has an open-air atmosphere and delicious seafood choices. I love the fish tacos. My wife’s favorite is a Cuban sandwich. The food choices are numerous. You will find something on the menu meant for you. Service is friendly and quick,

Very nice condo, right on the private beach. Pool and pool area were excellent and the entire complex was well maintained. We really enjoyed our week.

Beach trip

Great stay in Navarre Beach. The condo was clean and accessible to the beach. Other than the rain we had throughout our stay the trip was relaxing and enjoyable. This is our 6th stay at this condo. The hosts were accommodating and easy to reach if the need arises. Love Sugar beach and recommend this host if you are looking for a place that is reasonable, comfortable and clean.

What we needed

The townhouse gave us the space and location we needed for our week long vacation. The owners had a shed with items for the beach and for kids to use to play in the sand/water. We did have a misunderstanding about there being a futon in the second bedroom(that is how the listing shows the beds), but we’re still able to have enough sleeping space with the pullout bed downstairs. The only other issue we had was outside of the owners control and that was late, noisy swimmers at the pool a couple of nights and a very early garbage truck on a Saturday morning. Overall, we had a good stay and having such easy and close access to the beach was nice and the townhouse provided what we needed for the week long stay.

Great place

This Sugar Beach unit was clean, colorful, and close to the beach. It had everything you needed from hand soap to beach chairs. The host was quick to respond and checked on us regularly to make we had everything we needed. We will be back!! Thank you

Navarre, the Hidden Superstar

Wow. Our first visit to this property and the description of the unit is very accurate. Owner of the property was super responsive. We had an issue with the fact that one of the other units was rented by a large group of Freshman age college kids and the woman who owned our unit was all over it. It is entirely the fault of onsite management (supposed to be over 23 or 25 to rent) but it was simply a one-night irritant because of our owner. The location is great - you probably don't even need a car on the Island. It's about a mile back over bridge to Navarre/Fort Walton and everything you need is within 5 minutes. First time on Navarre Beach and it is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It's not nearly as crowded as Fort Myers, Indian Rocks, Cocoa Beach or St. Augustine and the vibe is much more relaxed. Lots of old people (like us), as well as college aged and families. Only, only downside is that I am a runner and the sand is too beautiful and soft to run on but running in and around the Navarre Beach area was safe with running and biking trails. If you want a night life, Pennsacola and Destin are 20 to 30 minutes away. W We flew into Ft Walton/Destin airport which is small but it was simple to get in and out. The time from off the plane to bags to rental car was less than 10 minutes on a Saturday night. Local food is awesome and locals seemed a little less welcoming than other areas but my wife and i are obnoxious, talkative Midwesterers so I get it.

Perfect!

I had an issue with my key access email. I messaged the owners and got an immediate response! There were so many extras like games, floats, chairs and towels. It’s a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Definitely would stay again!

Nice for the price

My two sisters and I drove almost 10 hours for a sister trip. We were able to check in right at 2 and hit the beach! The place was clean and comfy. We were a little disappointed in how far we had to walk and carry our cooler and chairs to get to the beach but that was the only issue we had!.

We are Rob and Julie Hargesheimer. Rob is a Navy veteran who was stationed in the Pensacola area for nine years and fell in love with the white sandy beaches of Navarre. We traveled the world, but Navarre still remained one of our favorite beaches. So when our son got stationed in the area, we were eager to fulfill our dream of owning a home on the beach. We looked up and down the coast and nothing compared to the beaches of Navarre.

Because of it's intimate setting, we are able to enjoy the beach and pool with a small number of residents, which make it seem much more private. The spacious floor plan in the units are warm and inviting for families, as well as the private back patio for BBQ.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You can swim in the clear, warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the heated pool (March-Oct and Thanksgiving Week. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets or watch the dolphins swim along the surf.
