This was a beautiful property. The parking area on top served our needs well as we were not fans of the steep driveway. Ample space for family gatherings as well as private space if you wanted a break. We would recommend a note be placed at the top of the stairs to the rooms downstairs that the bottom steps are curved and half-steps-Caution Advised. Please replace the can opener - the current one does not work well.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and more! It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom so everyone had their own space. Great communication with the owners and very clean!

Lake Time is Good

The stay was amazing. It was a little short, but action packed. I've used many VRBOs in the last couple of years and they've all been fine, but always missing something that we wish we had. Something that you would normally have stocked in your own house. This was the best "stocked" VRBO I've been to. They had mixing bowls, cooking knifes, dryers that actually kept up with the washer, and even the odd seasoning, sugar and spices that you are always mad you have to buy when you are on vacation. The convenience of the dock that had a swimming platform was great. The ability to drag kayaks and lily-pad down from the house was amazing and easy. The blue room, which acted as a stagging area for everything in and out at the lake was amazingly useful. The deck was great to sit on, being covered for at least half the day. The grille was a little dirty but very manageable. More silverware would have been helpful. When you are there with a big group there is only enough for a single meal. I'm glad we brought paper plates for meals, but always ran out of silverware.

Great home for a wonderful family vacation.

This home was amazing! There was so much room for our family. With the lake just down the hill and all of the water activities provided, we had a blast. The owner was super nice and very easy to reach with any questions. We would recommend this home and hopefully someday we will be back.

Getting closer to God.

Very nice. Relaxing and therapeutic. Family really enjoyed everything about it. Especially the grandkids got their money’s worth . Would do it again. Owners very communicative. Can’t ask for anything better. Jerry

What a great get away for our Father's Day weekend on Beaver Lake. The house was perfect for our two families with lots of room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and wonderful outdoor deck living. Jennifer was quick to respond with any questions and made sure we had the things we needed for a great stay. Location to Roger's to do things in the evening or hit the Saturday Farmer's Market.

Spent a long weekend at the lake with family. The house is as advertised. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking anything. We cooked the whole time we were there and had everything we needed including dish soap. There is a nice coffee bar also. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom had a blanket and fan available for use. The kayaks and paddle boards were great additions. They also have pumps available to help blow up any type of float. The best is sitting out on the deck and watching the sun rise. We had such a relaxing time together and would stay here again. This house was perfect for our family.

Dream Lake House

Beautiful home inside and out! Great layout for a family gathering and more than enough room for everyone. Kids had a blast fishing, kayaking and playing outside. Owners were very responsive and took care of any concerns immediately. We are hoping to come back again soon!

Fantastic for Family Fun

Nice, quiet neighborhood for this family-friendly lake house retreat. The home was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for a great long weekend getaway. Both the indoor and outdoor space were comfortable and inviting. We really enjoyed using the kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing from the dock/beach.

Enjoying sunrises over the lake

We had an amazing family gathering for our daughter’s wedding in northwest Arkansas. Rented two houses on same street for both sides of our family. The family loved the house and access to Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville. Jennifer is a fantastic host and provided a fun list of local activities and places to visit.

Great Location

Reviews were spot on - this property was very well furnished and sits right on beaver lake. Plenty of space for kids to sleep. They loved catching fish from the bank around thw dock and swimming off the dock too. Thanks

Perfect Lake House Getaway!

The property is gorgeous! It sits near the lake and the amenities it provides are great! It provides plenty of room for my friends and family staying! 2 kitchens made it easy to prepare for large groups and they had very high end appliances! Glad we found this property when deciding what lake house to stay in! There was a dock where the neighbor allowed us to load and unload our boat. They had kayaks and paddle board for us to use! A garage area where we can be as messy as we wanted. The epoxy flooring made clean up a breeze. Two dryers made for easy washing large towels! Our property manager was very easy to get a hold of and answered questions very quickly! Kudos to Jennifer and her team.

Family Lake trip!

We had a great time and the home was beautiful and fully stocked. Loved the 2 refrigerators! Only issue was area of home was not boat friendly…..no where to turn boat around was very tight….had to back down the road to get boat out of there…..Everything else was wonderful! Would be nice to know before we got there it was not boat friendly…..

Really nice place on the water

We had a great time, and the house was in great condition, and very cleanly. Spacious enough for our group, and on a very quiet street. We even got to see some beavers in the water on Sunday morning. We really enjoyed our time, and we hope to come back again!!

Lovely home

Property was as described. It was nice having the extra fridges for a large group as well as plenty of floatation toys for enjoying the water. We knew there was a steep hill leading to the water but it was difficult for older guests. Our host was available and responsive to whatever we needed.

Great Lake Access

The property was great! The house had an awesome layout. The patio was great to sit out and enjoy the view. We had a full beach day by just walking out the back door.
