Welcome to Honkytonk Hideaway. This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is your ideal retreat, conveniently located just 7 miles from the heart of downtown. Whether you're here to explore the vibrant music scene or sample the fantastic local cuisine, you'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer.
The Space
The home features a cozy living room with a Roku TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining room. Each of the three bedrooms has a comfortable queen-sized bed and its own Roku TV, ensuring everyone has a space to relax. The driveway provides convenient parking, and you'll have complete access to the upstairs portion of the house, which is entirely private.
The Neighborhood
Located just 15 minutes from downtown, you're surrounded by some of Nashville's best restaurants, coffee shops, and venues. Popular spots like Blue Moon Waterfront Grill, Frothy Monkey Coffee, Loveless Cafe, and Biscuit Love are just a short drive away. You'll also find plenty of shopping options in the neighborhood.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedrooms. Please note that you do not have access to the basement or the fenced-in backyard, as these areas are reserved for the owners, who live downstairs in the mother-in-law apartment. Both the guest and owner entrances are completely separate, ensuring your privacy during your stay.
Other Things to Note
Please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation. We kindly ask that no additional guests are on the property during your stay. The owners have two friendly dogs, Lizzy and Thor, who live downstairs and may occasionally bark, but they stay in the fenced-in backyard and will not disturb your visit.

Hi, I'm Osman! I was born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and spent 16 years living in Queens (Flushing), New York, before moving to Nashville. I've been here for 22 years and consider it my home. My passion is Olympic Weightlifting, and I had the incredible opportunity to compete in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, representing Honduras. Nowadays, I coach Olympic Weightlifting at the Nashville Weightlifting Club, which I own. It's a pleasure to share my love for the sport with others and help them achieve their fitness goals.
