Centrally Located near shopping, restaurants, movie theater, groceries and anything else you would need for a comfortable stay in Music City. We are a quick 15 minute drive from Downtown Nashville, 5 minutes to Edwin Werner Park, Steeple Chase and Loveless Cafe, less than a mile to the Ford Ice Center in Bellevue. You will love our open concept living, kitchen and dining area with seating for 8. We have a half-acre on a main road for easy access. The back yard is fully fenced in and there is a covered patio with outdoor furniture for you to enjoy.

Parking in the driveway for up to 4 cars and covered parking in the back can be used if needed. Full washer and dryer is accessible for guests in the garage. Whether you're visiting friends, family or on your Nashville vacation, you'll find everything you need right here at the Renovated Red Door Ranch!

It was a very comfortable house with large open living area. The beds were comfortable and the fenced in yard was great. Kitchen was well equipped. It is in a great location close to stores and major highways. We found it easy to live there for a month.

Very nice stay!

We had a really nice stay at this property. Wilden is a very responsive host. It is just as advertised: very clean and the location was great for everything we wanted to do in Nashville. It is on a busy road but noise was not a problem. The beds are comfortable and it had everything we needed.We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The house was perfect for our trip back to see friends. It was clean, near lots of things to do, and had a great backyard where our kids could play. The host was super responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to communicate! We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location for what we needed. Good restaurant and grocery store choices. Open floor plan is ideal for family interaction. Easy check in and questions were promptly answered by manager. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Excellent and well-appointed home to stay in! Modern updated kitchen and bathrooms and all bedrooms had thoughtful integrated storage for clothes as well as a mirror. The kitchen had beautiful new cookware and any gadget you might possibly need. The location was great-easily accessible to restaurants, dining, stores and pharmacies. And the number code access made it easy to come and go and not worry about keeping up with a key. Wonderful place to stay!

Clean, modern, and comfortable stay close to shopping and dining.

This cozy ranch is located very close to Bellevue dining and shopping and a quick 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. The house is clean and modern and has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The host is pretty hands off, which is nice, but available if needed. Checkout is a breeze.

5 Star 🌟 Perfection

The property was absolutely perfect for our family Thanksgiving holiday. Great location, excellent property with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner ~~ rooms were comfy and clean. Backyard was excellent~ our dogs felt right at home. Everything was perfect. We will be booking again for next year if we are in Nashville at the holiday ~ 5 stars

Nice area

Great location (is on a busy road) 20 minutes to lots of things to do. Stayed for 7 nights, would stay again. Some suggestions, a fresh coat of paint would perk the place up, also a clean patio and chairs would be nice. Had to do some cleaning ourselves.

A fun wedding weekend!

A very nice, clean house with a great backyard! Plenty of room for 6 adults, a baby and a dog! The little extras (shampoo, Kleenex, sample bathroom necessities) was an added bonus! Saves an immediate trip to a store for supplies!

Holiday visit

We loved this property. We are a family of 5 who were visiting family in town for the holiday. The location of the house is very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. I grew up in Nashville so can confirm that. The house is beautifully renovated and very clean with everything you need. The owner responded to messages very quickly. Highly recommend the house overall. We really liked the electric fireplace.

So clean!!!!

This was the perfect place to go after a long day exploring Nashville. It is very close to shopping and grocery needs. So let the busy road sway your decision to stay here. You don’t here it. The only thing this place could improve on is the back yard could use a little refreshing but the interior is very inviting and relaxing. We are so glad we booked here and we will be back.

Great locale, easy access to Nashville!

Nicely remodeled ranch, pet friendly, and while on a busy road, it’s super quiet! We gathered from two parts of the country and met up for our stay here. Cute interior, great cookware, and most all the basic things you need to cook together. Great responsiveness from the host as well. We were driving in and travel with items often not in rentals. The only things I really needed in our tubs were some wash cloths/towels and a sharp knife for meal prep. There are so many options for groceries, meals out and everything you could possibly need just blocks away. Would definitely stay here again.

Nashville Stay July 2024

The house is GREAT! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nice yard, great AC, small grill (that we used), and comfy furniture. Internet works well, we had no problems with house, the pictures shown on the website are true and accurate. Very open floor plan in the living room, kitchen, and dinning area. Bedrooms have space and the bed we slept in was comfortable. We will be staying here again! There is traffic, but you cannot hear the outside noise. This is a gem and close to a lot in Nashville. Oven and patio furniture need a quick cleaning.

Lovely Home with Convenient Suburban Locale

The property was a great fit our adult family's needs, as was the secure fenced in back yard for our dogs. (The back yard also had a children's play set with slide for those with younger children.) The property was exactly as pictured and represented in its listing. The house was extremely clean (kudos to their cleaning crew!), well maintained, and all of the appliances were in good working order. The location was about a 20 min drive to most downtown Nashville activities we wanted to do, as well as several attractions outside of the city. A few miles away is a new shopping center with lots of dine-in and/or carry out dining options, a full service grocery store, movie theaters, and lots of big box stores. The owner was very quick to respond to my inquiries and was very easy to work with. All in all, a very nice rental with a convenient suburban locale. We were very happy with our selection of this rental for our extended family vacation.

Unkept Property

Unfortunately, we arrived and the trash cans inside the home/kitchen were full of the previous tenant’s trash.n. The outdoor garbage cans were overflowing with trash. My kids questioned whether the bedding was clean since there was makeup on the pillowcases. It had rained, so the fenced backyard was unusable since it was a mud puddle (no grass). No communication with owner except for text message when second payment due. Convenient location to West Nashville, however I will pass on this property next time we are in town to see our daughter.

The trash inside should have been emptied, and everything is typically spotless. The holidays interrupt the trash collection. The house was perfect! Great location. It’s close to plenty stores and restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked for our cooking needs. We loved the fenced in back yard for our fur baby! She loved it! Our host was awesome! He replied quickly to any needs we had. We will definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

We bought this home together in 2018 and did a full renovation ourselves. It's in one of the safest areas in the county and close to parks, restaurants, groceries, anything you need. We have lived here for 4 years and love hosting others to our part of Nashville!

This property has been completely remodeled! It has a large back yard with a fence and 6 foot gate in the front. The outdoor space great. We've had people come from all over to enjoy the Nashville scene, but it's also just far enough out of downtown that you can relax away from it all if you want. Overall, we think it's the perfect location!
