Welcome to Songbird, an AvantStay home!
A seven-bedroom, three-bathroom private villa located in the heart of the Coachella Valley. The Garden is thoughtfully designed and the neighborhood is quiet. This is what desert living is all about.
Inside, Tasteful accents add depth to rooms stocked with amenities. Then off to the kitchen and dining room, another tasteful, sophisticated space. The back patio is covered and features a fire pit, and beyond it gleams a swimming pool.
Festivals, however, are only the tip of your personal California Cool iceberg. If you’re golf-inclined, practice your swing surrounded by swaying palms at PGA West or the Indian Wells Golf Club, two of the best greens in the nation. If you’re a history buff, the Coachella Valley History Museum is a desert gem, filled with fascinating exhibits about the area and surrounded by vast botanical gardens. If you’re an outdoors adventurer, go stargazing at nearby Joshua Tree National Park, home to rugged rock formations and its namesake twisted, bristled beauties. And if you want to go out on the town to grab a bite, shop, and enjoy the nightlife, well...this is Palm Springs after all.
Channel your inner Gordon Ramsay and whip up a MasterChef-worthy meal for your guests in the large kitchen while they unwind by the fireplace and flat-screen TV in the living room. The house is filled with natural light during the day to enjoy before heading back out to the pool and outdoor grill. You’ll leave glowing from the inside out.

Home Truths:
- Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Bedroom 6 is located in the stand-alone casita and features a queen bed with AC, and an ensuite.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
- Pool Heat: Requires 48-hour advance notice and is not available for 1-night stays. In cooler months, heating may take 24–48+ hours depending on weather, and 3-night stays are strongly recommended. Late or after-arrival requests cannot guarantee the pool will reach full temperature during your stay.
- Hot Tub: Complimentary for all guests, heated separately, and ready upon arrival.
Parking Details:
- Vehicles parked in violation of HOA rules are subject to fines or immediate tow at the vehicle owner's expense. Please note, this is strictly enforced.
- The garage can accommodate up to 3 cars.
- The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars, for a total of 6 vehicles maximum.
- No overnight street parking is permitted.
- Do not park horizontally behind other vehicles on the driveway.
Please ensure vehicles do not block community paver paths or driveways.
This home comes with a pack n' play and a high chair available.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
