SLEEPING

Comfortably sleeps 10 adults in 5 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 4 Singles), but can squeeze 14 with convertible sofa and floor mattresses. More detail:

- Convertible sofa in Living room #1. Just larger than a single, sleeps 1-2. (Note this is in an open space).
- Two full size air mattresses. Can be placed in the King bedrooms, or in the Gym/Yoga or TV areas (note the latter two are open spaces).

For babies: 2 pack & plays w organic sheets, optional bassinettes, and 3" mattresses. Sleep sacks also available (both small & large size).

Workspaces: Both King bedrooms have a foldable desk, surge protector, & high-speed wifi.

Kitchen: All major appliances, dishwasher, microwave, large toaster oven, 10-quart slow cooker, 16-quart stockpot, blender. Ample cookware & bakeware (pots, pans, cutlery, boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, etc.). Wide spice variety.

Coffee / tea bar: Pods & grounds, regular & decaf, wide tea variety. Ninja dual brew machine (pods & 12-cup drip), electric tea kettle. Variety of syrups & sweeteners.

Living #1: Seating for 14, Decorative fireplace (not for use), convertible sofa bed.

Dining #1: Seating for 10 at table + 4 on barstools (up to 14 total). (Dining #2 provides an additional dining option). Also available: Toddler table, 4 toddler chairs, 2 booster seats, infant- and child-safe food-ware.

Gym/Yoga area: Rower, cushioned floor, yoga mats, foam rollers, resistance bands, pair of adjustable dumbbells up to 25 lbs each, cleaning station, soft sweat towels.

Living #2 (TV room): LG - 70" NanoCell 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. Connect to: Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Sling, Apple TV, & more.

Dining #2 (Game table): This is referencing the second dining / game table in the open space of the lower level, which seats 10 comfortably, or up to 14 tightly.

Games: 9' Shuffleboard table, Poker table with cards & 500 chips, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, outdoor Cornhole, and several other traditional games & puzzles, like Taboo and Scrabble.

Gazebo: Covered area with seating for 14. Wool blankets provided for warmth. Smoking is allowed in this covered outdoor space (no smoking or fires inside the house).
