Each of the four bedrooms is a unique tribute to the great outdoors, with decor inspired by National Parks. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

This place was so cutely decorated and well equipped. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Staying here brought together family who hadn’t seen each other in years for Thanksgiving. We made some fun memories and really appreciated the “homey” feel.

Such a great house! The yard is huge, the hot tub rocks, and the basement room is amazing (a huge tv, game table, and a gym). Clean home, responsive host, and nice neighborhood.Only (tiny) thing, only one bedroom has a dresser. Not being able to unpack undies, socks, & shorts was a little bit of a hassle. Regardless, all the fantastic parts of this house (fire pit, games, washer & dryer, lovely kitchen, pretty decor) more than make up for the lack of dressers.

This was the perfect spot for my family and I to stay while we were in Denver for my brother’s wedding weekend. Hosts were communicative, and we enjoyed all the amenities this house had to offer! The neighborhood was great and a short walk to a park our kids enjoyed a ton! The house was spacious and stocked with everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay in Arvada. We traveled to Arvada as a low key girls trip and it was the perfect location and was just as pictured. The hosts provide sufficient information and great communicators.

Down to the last detail

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, largely due to the wonderful hosts! They truly thought of every detail. The backyard/hot tub was a perfect quiet place to unwind at the end of the day and the basement was cool and cozy even during the hottest week of the summer. The kitchen and the laundry room were stocked with some basic essentials and the water pressure in the shower was great. The neighborhood was safe and centrally located to Indian peaks wilderness, Denver, golden, Boulder, and many other surrounding attractions. Definitely one of the most responsive and thoughtful host we’ve ever used and the home is beautiful and comfortable! We will be staying here again if in the area! 5 stars!

Softball Central Stay

Perfect location for our softball stay in CO. Both my 14U and 16U daughters were playing in the same tournament in the Denver Metro area, so Arvada was the perfect central location between the two field locations in Erie and Aurora. The house was a great space. Plenty of room for our family of five and our pup. Our three teenage kids loved the downstairs area with the games and massive TV. It was the perfect area for them to hang out and also allow some quiet for Mom and Dad. Our pup loved the spacious back yard where she could explore and play catch to expend some energy. House had everything needed to cook if wanted, as well as a hot tub and a gym. The layout and decor of the house was great, as well as the location of the home in Arvada. Plenty of restaurants, breweries, parks, grocery stores within a short distance, and downtown Denver was a short trip as well. Overall, we loved our stay and if we are back next year, we will definitely look to see if this space is available.

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed here for our 5 day trip to Denver and could not have been happier!! Everything looked like it was in the pictures, but really better in person! Our kids had a blast with the foosball table downstairs, while our puppy had so much fun with all the space to run! The location was perfect for us, and even had a park within walking distance for the kids to go play at. Would definitely stay here again

A stay for Psychedelic Conference

Property was big enough for all of us. Love the theme rooms. Plenty of hot water in the showers which we love! Property communication was Amazing! I would recommend putting hooks in the room with twin beds for professionals needing to hang up items. We are bummed we didn’t have time to enjoy the hot tub but maybe next time!
