Everything was great for our stay! We had a great time and the property was perfect. The house slept everyone comfortably and served as a great home base for our weekend. Will definitely recommend to future Lexington visitors.

Great Stay in Lexington!

We really enjoyed our stay - the home was clean and quiet, with a great outdoor space that we utilized everyday. Very close to the racetrack and a convenient location to grocery stores.

Thanksgiving stay

The house met our needs very well for the 10 of us. We found it clean and accommodating and appreciate there being basics (soaps, paper towels and kitchen cleaning supplies). The location worked well for us and we enjoyed our time in Lx.

Great for group getaway

Great location- especially to get to the Kentucky Horse Park. We had a large group so we also had many vehicles. We had to get a little creative with parking but it worked out. Bedrooms were spacious. Single beds listed included trundle beds which weren’t well suited for everyone in our group but there were other options. Host was readily accessible for questions. We had a great time and would love to stay there again.

Perfect spot for kids and dogs

We loved this house! Fully stocked, fenced-in yard with shaded outdoor seating, open layout, spacious bedrooms, large master sweet, nice neighborhood, several TVs- this was a wonderful place to stay. It was so practical for kids, and dogs, but also very enjoyable for the adults!

Nice big house for a large group

The place was large, well equipped, beds were comfortable. Location was good for our graduation event at UK and bourbon tasting. The house could be updated some, cabinets cleared out, broken things fixed (ceiling fan chains), remotes for tvs batteries updated. Overall, a great place for a large group. We enjoyed our stay there.

Road To The Horse March Event

This house met our expectation and the advertising was mostly correct. The back patio was not lit up or clean like in the photos. There was a fire pit but it was full of twigs and branches piled to to be burned. But the pile was 4 feet tall and we worried the blaze would be too big so never did sit out there like we planned. The home is at the end of the cul-de-sac and there is parking for two vehicles in the front. And we parked a third vehicle behind the two vehicles slightly end of the street. We had no choice. It said that we could park one vehicle in the garage, but the garage was filled, and there was absolutely no place to pull in a vehicle, since there was ladder, and storage boxes in the way. If you have a large party with more than three vehicles, I would not think there would be parking because the residents on either side have taken all the parking spots on the street. The home was clean, large in the beds very comfortable, and the pillows quality. Wifi was fast and worked flawlessly. The owner requires that you download an app in order to unlock the door and needs each persons’ first and last name and phone number. Only 3 of us figured it out. Prefer to punch number lock. There was no binder to welcome you with info on how to or check out instructions but owner responded to texts. For 7 horse women, it was a good place to stay and the kitchen and living room were perfect for large group. We would recommend and would stay here again.

This was the perfect house for a large group of friends!

This house is in the perfect location to get to downtown Lexington, or stay just outside of the city to avoid the hustle and bustle. The house was beautiful and immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking/baking utensils. We cooked dinner one night, and breakfast every morning. We spent most of our time on the back patio, around the fire pit and playing corn hole. We are looking forward to renting this property again next year!
