Baseball tournament

We were very happy with this property. It was clean and well supplied. I appreciate the noise machine as the traffic is quite loud and goes most of the night. The noise machine is the only reason I was able to sleep. We would stay here again if our grandsons tournament happens to be here again.

Beautiful updated studio

The studio was well equipped with everything you might need for pleasant stay. It was very clean and comfortable.We would definately stay there again.

Spring Break Getaway

We stayed here when we visited Charleston for the first time during our Spring Break in March. The property had everything we needed and has very thoughtful amenities. It was very easy to come and go and we fell in love with the West Ashley neighborhood that it was located in thanks to the great suggestions from the owners. It was easy to get everywhere in the Charleston area that we wanted to visit and we were so comfortable staying here. We would highly recommended this property for anyone wanting to visit the Charleston area!

Comfortable, cute, and cozy

My husband and I LOVED this cozy place! The owners are so wonderful. They are friendly, accommodating, attentive, and easy to talk to/get a hold of. We were here as a part of our honeymoon roadtrip, and they put a “just married” flag outside that made us feel special. This place was so clean and had everything you needed. They included some snacks, local beers and wine, and little bathroom odds and ends incase you forgot them. The bed was so comfortable and my husband and I really felt relaxed and at home here. It is a quick 10(ish) minute ride to downtown and there are some good places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walking distance. We had not one complaint; everything was wonderful and we hope we can stay here again one day in the future!

AWESOME stay in Charleston!

My three friends and I LOVED this cute place in Charleston! We were visiting for a weekend and it was the perfect size for us. It is a great location - 12 minutes from downtown Charleston. They had snacks and drinks for us, everything was clean, and the beds were super comfy! This is a great place to save some money but also be super close to Charleston. Highly recommend!

perfect spot for a girls weekend getaway

My mom, sister, and I stayed at Julia & Joan's studio in West Ashley and we had the most amazing stay! Julia & Joan were excellent hosts, very welcoming and responsive. Their space felt very clean and comfortable and had so many amenities - we were happy to find a steamer, stocked kitchen, and toiletries. There were so many personal touches that made us feel at home in the space. We appreciated having access to storage outside that we could lock our belongings in, since we arrived well before check-in at 4. It was also perfectly located - close to the airport and very central to all the best things to do in Charleston, within a 20-25 minute drive of Sullivans Island and Folly Beach, Shem's Creek, and 10-15 minutes to downtown. We would highly recommend staying here!

Cozy with Great Location

This property was as advertised. For our needs it was perfect. My wife and I needed a close, comfortable location with an easy drive time to downtown Charleston and the Citadel to attend my 45th reunion. The accommodations were clean, neat with just the right personal touches (complementary wine, beer and great snacks). Thank you for a great stay!

West Ashley Stay 09-11 October 2023

We really enjoyed our stay and the particular positives were: - Seamless booking process with rapid response - Timely receipt of comprehensive instructions - Immaculately clean and beautifully presented accommodation - Exactly as described Further comments are: As a big coffee drinker the initial coffee pods provided were a little limited but this was quickly resolved with the owner It was close to what could be a busy road - this was not a major issue for us and and was consistent with the price point The mattress was very comfortable but did seem to have dips/unevenness in the morning. This may have been because it was a memory foam mattress rather than sprung as we were used to but was a little disconcerting and inconvenient at times.

Adorable apartment

The apartment was adorable, very well decorated and inviting. The owners thought of all of the little things to help with our stay. The walk in shower was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. There was a private parking spot for us to park our car. The only draw back was that it was on a very busy street. There was a lot of street noise especially at night. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful studio..wonderful visit

This was a home run property for us. We spent 3 nights, everything was well thought out and lots of extras like wine/local beer, comb, hair ties, robes, beach blanket, great restaurant recommendations. R Kitchen next door was out of this world fun. Access to downtown was an easy maybe 10 minute drive. Will definitely tell others about this property.

Charming, modern and great location

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in such a beautifully furnished suite. From the moment we arrived and found all of the unexpected extras, we knew it was going to be a wonderful stay, and it was. We will absolutely be staying again the next time we're in Charleston.

Our studio is ran by myself and my mom. We've been in Charleston for over 40 years. Charleston is a part of our souls and we hope that by sharing a little of our experiences, you'll love it as much as we do.
We have a salon and real estate company situated on the property so we are at work (sometimes), while you are at play. The salon is a booth rental business and all of the ladies work by appointment only. The real estate company is open from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. We are available by phone or text for any questions that you may have during your stay. We are here to help you love and enjoy our city as much as we do. The studio is private, we do not live on site, but live close by the unit should you need anything.

Lg Bathroom w/Walk-In Shower, QB and Kitchenette Equipped With Everything For Your Stay. 2 TV's w/Cable 1 Bedroom w/a Twin Pull Out Sofa Bed. 12.4 miles or a 25-30 drive to Folly Beach, 7 minutes to the N Charleston Coliseum, 15 minutes to the airport.
